the trailor rental idea is basically exactly what i was gonna say! i love it. If somehow i could arrange a mortgage loan in 24 hrs, i'd prolly buy a small house in the middle of nowhere with a down payment of 2k if i could pull that off. prepay the first 4 months mortgage, spend the rest on settin up a sealed room and a nice cashcropper strain like chronic off the bay

I know it's boring, but I would fix my credit. I only owe a few grand though, so I would fix my credit then start a trust for each of my two kids for $1,000 each. Then I'd still have about 4-$5,000 left, which I'd use to move us back to Eugene.
