That`s just it I can carry 1000 lbs with me legal under California law as a medical user ,under State Law I can grow as much marijuana as I want because limits in AB420 were thrown out and were not defined under prop215.But that changes as soon as prop 19 becomes law and medical users will be under the same limits as everyone else is! Limits are not in prop 215 and thoughs limits in AB420 were only thrown out because 215 was a vote of the people and AB 420 was inacted against 215 but the courts said it could not supersede the peoples vote or expand on it. Thoughing would stop the courts of saying Prop 19 by vote of the people could be limiting medical users because it would not address what 215 did not say having omited limits there by making limits and not being in conflict with prop 215 at the same time!

Sorry but the law only says near minors. It does not define what near is so courts may deside if being in the same house but in different rooms is near or not. Or they may deside near is on the same property? or? Who the F*ck knows what they will deside near means? This is one of the problems of this law is it jumps around and is not clearly written...besides it sucks anyway!

I think that if they attempted to arrest masses of Americans because they were legally smoking in a private residence or establishment that happened to share a wall with some children that they'd be in for a big shock.

If your so worried about your kids, make them quit smoking weed. If your worried about going to jail or smoking around your kids than quit. But don't try to dictate others lifes because your too incompetant to manage your own life.

So prop 19 makes H&S code 11362.5 exempt but 11362.5 (prop 215) doesn`t have any limits in the law. AB420 was passed to make thoughs limits and was struct down because the goverment can not add to a law of the people(kelly vs the People) there are no limits for medical marijuana in any California law as of now and only a vote of the people putting limits would pass the musterd accourding to the State Supreme Court! oh but isn`t prop 19 a vote of the people? Does it not address limits? Does it also not address where marijuana can be smoked and around who? Then why in the fuck can`t you see it could be applyed to conserns not other wise addressed by prop 215 and still not overide anything that is said in prop 215? Only arguement I keep getting is it won`t change any rights in prop 215 but again limits were not in prop 215 they didn`t put them in because unlike prop 19 that tries to regulate everything, prop 215 was trying to get away with everything possible to keep regulations from being inforced on the people! prop 19 may well undue that but admittedly it will be up to the courts to deside not you and I!
