Ok, so before everybody goes and back cross their ice cream to their favorite blueberry pheno, i have to correct something.....

Seems that Luc, in his usual manner, mistyped in the e mail he sent me and it was not BB, but really BG, bubblegum....so the cross is a potent ingemar"s widow crossed to a bubblegum....ahhhhhh, i am sure alot of folks start to smell a resemblance now.....
I had to ask him again because i found it weird that it would beblueberry, first,i see no blueberry resemblance, and second, this is the exact Whiteberry lineage.....
peace.

Ah werd makes more sense. ice cream x blue widow would be killer.

Looking forward to people future breeding projects with Ice Cream. Now that Ras has been so helpful in finding out the genetic make up of Ice Cream, and White Berry. People have a better understanding of the genetic underpinnings they can look to express through breeding.

I can't wait for some:
Sour Diesel or Og Kush x Ice Cream
ChemDog D or '91 x Ice Cream
Super Silver Haze x Ice Cream
Apollo 11 x Ice Cream.

To name a few,

I run the Ice Cream last year and gave one to a fellow patient.

Mine was extremely sticky and by far the best of the 6 strains I ran. My buddies had buds that looked like Artichokes and yielded 2 times what mine did in tasty smoke.

As for things to cross with? The best smoke for me I have ever seen was a blueberry/ice crème mix. Made your whole body and mind feel good.

Unfortunately the Blueberry male I had last year was sterile. Have to try again this year.

Thanks for the update. Bubblegum does make a lot more sense than Blueberry, I didn't really see much of the blueberry structure in Ice Cream - either.

I wonder if BubbleGum was also used in Paradise - Opium? I had a pheno that smelled almost identical to Ice Cream.

I can t say exactly for opium tight now, but you will find that there are alot of similar smells and tastes throughout all of the lines that Luc breeds.

I can't complain. It is one of my favorite smells ever, almost like Vanilla/Strawberry candy - If someone smelled it they would have no idea it was cannabis. I could go for candles that smelled like that.

Overall, I've been continuously impressed with Luc's dedication and results in his genetic breeding. I'm interested to see what he is coming out with in the future..

Thanks again

Another fan of Luc`s work here :good:

Ive now grown four Paradise strains, and have had nothing but good results, great germination rate, great plants, great bud each time. What more can you ask for :plant grow:

And their site is far better now than when i first looked 2 years ago :smokeit:

ya, the spoetnik you see on the pack is also in one of my grows.
This is the purple corinthian grapes phenotype....
you should really strive to find this perticular one, as it is superior to all others in my opinion.

There are other great plants in speotnik but i feel like you need a larger amount of beans than other strains to find the perfect one.àThe purple one however is amazing and i am ashamed to have lost it through mental unstability at the time...lol.

Luc said this phenotype was selected from a pure indica strain that reminded him of a very special hash he used to smoke in the eighties-nineties....

Uplifting indica with dark corinthian grapes taste and smell....is a good kush in my opinion if you know how to select for the right trait.
peace

kush and hasplant ...i was think the same thing i had 2 purple on me out of 3 beans i popped..both were keepers but the smaller/less yieldin ones was some of the best smoke ive had the pleasure to enjoy. i still got 2 beans. i lost em to pm before i got my hands on eagle20... next time i pop beans i may pop the 2 remainin.
3 plant wasnt bad but nuthin special had like no flavor and smell at all if nething citrusy but this plant gave me the most

jm420 nice. for a sec i almst considerd a pk of autos.. but i see it as a complete waste of space indoors...i was considerin outdoors but went with reg seeds instead... harvest in july sounds good but i wouldnt want 4oz when i could be closer to 4lbs... u know u could have 2 reg plants in there and be much happier... curious, were they freebees???

@ ras mason

I wonder if you can help, ive seen it said in posts elsewhere that the new strain AllKush is Sheherazade renamed.

Do you know if this is true or not ??

BTW i harvested nine Acid`s two weeks ago (50 days veg, 91 days 12/12), whilst its still to early to get any accurate ideas, the yield is by far the best ive had so far, the first test smoke was very positive :)

Ya, I've had consistently good results with Paradise genetics. Always interested to see how the other strains do.

thanks for the genetic info, ras! i always wondered what was in that strain.

i had ice cream a couple of years ago and really enjoyed the unusual effect it had on the mind. unfortunately from the second round of smoking on it would dry out my eyes like someone poured desiccant into them. :D

taste was also quite nice.
