Soil Mix ---->20% perlite, 10% vermiculite, black Gold soil (only thing available), Blood and Bone meal . I always bake my soil to kill any pathogens or critters that may come in.

could you elaborate on this for me please? you only bake the soil, without the perlite and etc? how hot, for how long?
i just experienced critters eating my seedlings, so id like to figure out how to stop them next time around.. thanks..

30 minutes at 350 degrees. did a search on site for streilizing soil and found it, can't remember where, think it was in the sticky in the sick plants guide. Will try to find it again if you want...
