I need help please

I got new seedlings and they look like the sides are starting to claw in or something or edges curving up. I'll post picture cause I kinda suck at explaining lol. temp today is 75 to 80f.rh is 40 to 48.. past days been really low rh like 25 to 35. today is first day it's been in 40s

my floor is black rug and it gets really hot. my ir thermometer says 80.5f and another spots high like 85f. soil is 79f tho but that's the top idk how hot the soil is inside towards the bottom
