Oh hell yeah they can. you think any insurance company is going to want to take care of you if you have drugs in your system, and oh by the way hurt yourself at work? Nah -- your boss might keep you around but his premiums are going to literally fuck him in the ass and your just not worth it anymore. Thankfully the heavens parted and my associate had my fucking back or I would of been in shit up to my neck. Also -- thankfully, the people I was working for at the time didn't think to drug test me either. Glad there was no HR department!

Turns out I wont have to take the test until after the weekend and my sister (cookie cutter family) is on board to take the test for me. All the worry for nothing. Again, thanks everyone for your help!

hah i used to work at a car dealership we would smoke blunts on the lot with the owner of the damn place....he would say that the weed made him a better salesman, and no shit sometimes after finishing a nice blunt he would close a deal with someone.
fuck drug tests, if they asked for hair follicle test i would love to tell them to fuck off...but since this is cali i would say that i may have smoked a few times in the past 3 months to explain it.
but regardless, i dont think il be going to any lame ass job interviews anytime soon.

^hah yea he hired a bunch of mexicans for cheaper and started jewing me and my buddy who worked there so we quit...good perks of the job though. we got to take any car off the lot if we needed a truck or something....and smoke alot of weed on the job. and i would kick the detailers a tensack or something and get my personal cars washed/detailed for the cheap...
i remember when i was 18 years old (long time ago) i applied for a job as a bag boy at a grocery store and they wanted to drug test me. a fucking drug test to bag groceries. i laughed so hard. you can be high on pcp and still bag groceries. its not like its a prestigious job. there were mentally challenged kids bagging groceries that's how easy it is. never understood why they needed my piss. you can replace a bag boy in like 15 minutes. seriously.
needless to say i blew the job off because i was still in school at the time. was just looking for some part time easy job. didn't think i would actually have to submit a drug test for such a menial position.

when my bust hits the local paper so i was thinking of going out in some style
instead of being pushed out.
i was also thinking about just walking into the managers office an saying "i have been smoking since the day i started" or when it does hit the paper just walk into work with my held high and a look and a smile on my face as if to say "whats up".
i dont know yet i will decdie nearer the time.

Yes, that is the idea. It has worked before, except that was at the DMV when I wanted to get my driver's license a few years early.

haha slick...i have a brother who looks similar to me and we have used the ID swap before...helped me get out of trouble when i had a suspended license. i bought and registered a car in his name and had his ID so i was good.
i think you will be good cropsitter...the drug testing place is always independant of the workplace..as long as your sister looks similar on the ID and she hasnt been smoking crack you will be good!

Well the test got put off for a while. We started to question if LCS's sister was actually clean, she had been taking Lortab and who knows what. LCS never stopped smoking, the day of the test she died her hair and used ZYDOT Ultra Clean several times. We found out today that LCS passed with flying colors. Glad this thread has a happy ending. It is possible to pass a hair follicle drug test with very little time to prepare. Peace, pot and karma. One Love

She might have provided hair for the test, but who knows if they really ran any tests?
I understand that test is expensive to run. Seems kind of silly for a McJob. My guess is that the mere threat of a hair follicle test is enough to keep most honest stoners from applying for that job. ANd anyone submitting hair is prolly assumed to be clean.

I am not certain if they tested it or not. I wouldn't recommend not using the wash and dye because the lab really didn't test the hair according to you. Who knows, maybe they only let the handy-capable people applying for "McJobs" pass because they feel sorry for them.
