A strain from CookieFam. Do you guys know what a quadploid is?I believe that is what I have.
there is no such thing as quadploid, I assume you mean tetraploid a form of polyploidy.
a tetraploid is a plant that has double the amount of chromosomes than normal 2n diploid cells... it has nothing to do with the amount of branches a plant produces.
you took a clone, which topped your plant... making the lateral branches compete for apical dominance... this causes new tops to form from the nodes below where you cut the main stem... that is all. you dont have a "quadploid" or any form of polyploidy
oh well if it's from "cookie fam" it must be worth 30k then!

Yes I meant a tetraploid. I just took a normal clone and this is what happened, I didn't top it or anything. I sent the original flower in to get tested, the one I got the possible tetraploid from. Do you have any pictures of how one might look? Have you ever sen such a leaf deformation as mine in which they curl under each other and the main one is really long and skinny? Thanks man

You are getting all excited about nothing............ these things are commonplace, but i'll let someone who has more technical terms like infinitesimal explain better.

As I've already told you TWICE, you can not tell if a plant is Polyploid by LOOKING AT IT.
You can tell with a good microscope, provided you know what to look for.
By your description in your fist post, I assumed whorled phyllotaxy, because you said it had "four starts". I assumed four opposing leaves at the same node, which is common in whorled phyllotaxty (also 3 leaves and five are common.) But judging by the pick showing the base of the plant, it doesn't appear to be that. It does look like a mutant, which doesn't really mean anything. Lots of DJ Short genetics show mutations like twisted or crinkled leaves, and I've seen it in other plants as well.
Sorry man, I'm not trying to be a dick, but those are the facts. It's just a muty. Interesting, possibly even worth keeping, but nothing special.
