Definately. Dude, they busted down your room to figure out why you got stabbed in the face. Apparently they didn't catch the guy who attempted to rob you and didn't want to come back later in the week for a robbery turned homicide. Any judge you ask to give you back your stuff is going to ask the DA if they would like to file any charges.
