"Black Sun Ensemble is a Tucson, Arizona, US–based psychedelic rock band, led by Jesus Acedo that was formed in the mid-1980s"

"Infamous circumstances surrounding their Geffen Records showcase in Los Angeles lead to the quiet intervention of Paul McCartney to get certain members and their entourage out of custody- a tarot card was involved"

"Additionally, the bloody death of a goat in the audience at the 1994 Burning Man festival lead to widespread public outcry, and condemnation from animal rights group PETA. The band was forced underground and splintered, reformed and fell into hiatus due to extenuating circumstances and the mental illness of Jesus Acedo"

"Mickey Rourke, a close friend to Jesus Acedo at the time, was urged by friends and family to visit Acedo in his dreams, embodying the dark angel, compelling him to resume writing"

the day before 9/11 they played a live show with "Otto Terrorist" on drums

Industrial cow tipping
either way, looks brutal...makes me wonder...if it is for surgery, do they use anesthesia or just go balls in with no painkillers and depend on the harness to keep the cow from thrashing around while its being cut open?

The Love of Wildlife

The owner of the cow decided to install a CCTV camera after hearing the barking of dogs every day So he got to see this amazing scene. Every day a Leopard comes and the cow loves him, licks him. When he found out from the old owner of the cow, he said that this leopard was only twenty days old when the mother of the leopard died. Since then the cow has fed him her milk and the leopard thinks that the cow is his mother, so the leopard comes to visit the cow every day in love with his mother.

The rough-and-tumble event often comes with safety concerns. Few competitors manage to stay on their feet all the way down the 200-yard (180 meter) hill, and this year several had to be helped, limping, from the course.

Canadian contestant Delaney Irving, 19, won the women’s race despite being briefly knocked unconscious.

“I just remember hitting my head, and now I have the cheese,” said Irving, who comes from Nanaimo, British Columbia.

Matt Crolla, 28, from Manchester in northwestern England, won the first of several men’s races. Asked how he had prepared, he told reporters: “I don’t think you can train for it, can you? It’s just being an idiot.”

No shit. I think I'd rather be tortured WITHOUT the aid of psychedelics.
They also use ketamine in medical situations where opiates are either inappropriate or ineffective. Found this out after a rather serious motorcycle accident, was resisting the sedative nature of morphine due to a lot of previous experience with opiate related drugs, so was injected with ketamine in order to cut the clothing off of me that needed to be cut off. It was not an enjoyable experience in any way, I could see and experience everything (including the pain) that was happening to me, but I could do nothing about it. I have hated ketamine to this day as a recreational drug. I also learned later from a ER nurse that I was dating, they give it to people suffering from the DT's.
