One natural remedy for keeping fungus gnats or other pests at a minimum in your grow room is having a strong extractor fan pulling air through your grow room.
The insects hate the negative pressure that is generated or the strong airflow, anyway they hate my extractor fan.
Insects aside, you should have an extractor fan pulling at least 2 times the room volume per minute anyway to provide your plants with enough c02.
When I turn the fan up to 3x the volume I do not have to worry about insects anymore.
I highly recommend a strong extractor fan, not only to get rid of those insects but most importantly to increase yields.
PS: One downside to a strong extractor fan is the noise and man do they produce some whooshing noise but well worth it if you can afford the increased noise.
