Now I know why it's Redwood Haze.

Aromas: Dried sour fruit, woody and piney notes that intensify when squeezed. There’s a subtle hint of onion mixed with earthy and forest-like vibes.

Effects: The experience is truly psychedelic, trance-like, and dissociative, with a narcotic edge. It’s visual and slightly trippy, offering a floaty sensation paired with an elevated heart rate. While it leans slightly drowsy, it manages to stay on the positive side of the spectrum.

I would love to experiment in a larger crowd where everyone is enjoying Redwood Haze together. 15 minutes later, the scene would resemble something similar to the opening of the LOST S01E01 :ROFLMAO: Listening to Khmer rock while on Redwood Haze works like a ☯️, amplifying the trippy and immersive effects. DJ Short would dig Redwood.

The high is distinct, sparking curiosity about its parent strains, especially the Cambodian. Definitely planning to try RED II in the future to explore even more of what this lineage has to offer.

Perfect for both providing entertainment and being entertained, this is a must-try for musicians and sativa lovers.

Love that you included details to the high.
i love that as well

nothing worse than going through a grow report to see them make sentence after sentence on how it smells but then the descriptor for the fx go something like "strong" or "not as potent as ____" and all i can think is how everyone thinks of potency differently, and one person's strong is another person's boring and one- dimensional, one person's weak is another person's "i'll just smoke more for a top shelf high"

Not everyone has a sensitive body, and not everyone has been exposed to a wide variety of cannabis to fully recognize its effects in such detail. Developing awareness takes time and experience, much like the training of sommeliers. For example, sometimes I walk through a forest, and suddenly it hits me and I think, "Ah, so this is what a lysergic high feels like,".

Verde Limón 🇲🇽

Citrusy, piney, woody, and floral vibes. There’s something in there that’s like a mix of juniper and cedar, with a hint of nuttiness (but that’s more noticeable when you taste it).

Effects: Hits your mind more than your body. Feels like tunnel vision, kinda floaty, introspective, but still social like, you could start having a full-on internal monologue. Expect red eyes, a dreamy headspace, and maybe some giggles. Your heart might race a little (pretty typical for Mexican strains), and yeah, it leans a bit on the cooler, more neutral side, so not exactly a "feel-good" buzz. That said, it’s versatile: you can do both mental and physical tasks. Personally, I like starting my day with it because it helps me focus and get stuff done.

Growing: She’s a bit of a diva to grow - stretches like crazy and was a finicky lady.

Speculation: Just a hunch, but I feel like Verde Limón, Acapulco Gold, and Colombian Gold could all be somewhat related.

I crossed her with CGLE and some Panama males for future projects. Excited to see what comes out of it!

SKU3K smoke report.

Aromas floral, bitter, and sweet vanilla elements with distinctive lemony and musky undertones. Upon the deeper sniff, subtle notes of honeysuckle, cured wood, and a gentle kushy foundation. Second pheno was less lemon/floral and more muskier, looked identical though.

The effects hits powerfully and immediately, often initiating ear-ringing sensation and can increase tinnitus. SKU3K delivers an intense high where indica and sativa properties are balanced yet seem to compete for dominance. Experience is a narcotic-like body sensation, somewhat trippy while maintaining mental clarity and focus, allowing transitions between relaxation and alertness if needed. Physical effects include slight head pressure and elevated heart rate (100-110 BPM). It also has some euphoria and stimulates creativity, often enhancing thought processes and internal dialogue. Sometimes I can hear my thoughts 😂 Seems like everything I want to say is very important, although I know it’s not, so I guess it’s slightly ego boosting. While introspective when consumed indoors, this strain truly it’s better in outdoor settings IMHO. Due to its potent psychoactive properties, it’s not recommended for pre-sleep use as it may disrupt sleep patterns, well at least for me.

From a cultivation perspective, SKU3K is a classic indica with a compact structure. It yields generously and produces good resin, making it ideal for hash production. It’s very oily too, no need of high temperatures while vaping. Inadequate curing results in harshness, reminding the importance of post-harvest patience. I enjoy it more now than I did at first. It’s a generally potent indica leaning hybrid with a strong sativa kick. I would love to explore the F2s.

Wow - yet another fantastic strain review! Your descriptions are very, very helpful.

Thank you again!
Not to burst your bubble but in my opinion you shouldn't use reviews of a single plant, to decide if you're going to grow a strain or not. I feel like I know nothing about a strain unless I have grown 2-3 packs at the very least.
