I'm currently using SM-90, AquaShield, and Hygrozyme, all togther, with my GH nutes. I'll let you know how it goes. I've had some root rot issues, I hope this keeps it at bay until my next batch of clones. I make sure to only take clones from moms with pearly white roots! I want those roots to look like the noodles in a vietnamese dish of Phó!

Two diff products. As said above. Hygrozyme for roots / dead matter. (I prefer Cannazym)

Aqua Shield provides Bacillus Subtillus... SUPPOSED to help with rot, and perhaps with algae.

i don't believe aquashield claims to help with rot. it's main purpose is to colonize the res to prevent algae and bad bacteria from forming. it absolutely works for this. my hydro run I just finished was algae free in the res until i started flushing. stopped the aqaushield, a week and a half later, tons of algae in the res. you just gotta make sure you're not putting anything in your mix that will kill off the bacillus.
