I am sorry these pictures are so bad.
Chem is getting very dense and heavy outside.. every branch tied to a stake.
Chem
Chem
bbxhb This one is way behind the rest, she was put out smaller and later and will need to be finished in a greenhouse I think. Under equal conditions, she's bigger and more vigorous than the chem.
After processing, drying, curing and dispensing the product the only two strains I have decided to continue in the garden next year from last years seed experiments are Dutch Passions Durban Poison and Big Buddha Seeds Silver cheese.
Durban Poison is the Sativa of your dreams. Finishing flowering early, Late September, early October. The buds do not WEIGH alot, but they are fairly dense and are nicely formed together (which can be a problem with most pure sativas). She yielded 5# in a 200 and 6/7# in a 300 gallon pot...though I think I can get here to 4#s in 100, 6# in a 200, and 8# 300+ this year. The smell is not super potent or strong, but it is nice. Very hard to describe, but exotic and nice. Very sweet smelling, some with the slightest hint of lemon/citrus but very light and mostly just sweet. Taste: Very strong in my volcano, stronger then the smell.
Silver cheese: high yielding (6# in 200), extremely dense (if you drop it onto a table it sounds like a rock ), strong funky skunky cheesy smell, high: decent, better if you harvest early.
I know this is a old post but im wondering how the bbhb did for u MZC? i did ET blueberry headband this year and its awesome. i will be growing it again next year as well. i didnt have no mold issues at all with it and has a great yeild and is top shelf smoke for me and custys. im gonna try Hso along with ET bbhb next year and see how they do. ive read that their sour blue berry is a monster yeilder and mold resistant, finsih end of sept. i got a thing for blueberry cross's though
