Grew Artemisia annua years ago.Artemisinin is very low <1%, so you'll need a lot of plant material for extraction.You can modify yeast for Artemisinin production, only you will miss the other constituents.
Vibes @mexcurandero420 Artemisia is used mostly in infusion, 1/4 hour classics. And the combo with others plants like cannabis sure must be really effective as antiviral, antibiotic etc.
Great plant for Africa too against malaria.In Tanzania they cultivate Artemisia for the leaves to drink as tea.In South Africa you have Artemisia Afra there growing, but also very useful as medicine.
