More stuff. The Lincoln County Health Officer out of Lincoln Community Hospital and Care Center just released a letter saying basically this is not possible. Pretty sure THC does not float freely through a water system, especially if its pretty damn cold....

We all know what happened to THC when it gets cold in water, it binds and falls out of solution..
