Hey Cheffz, I looked this up for you http://www.biosafesystems.com/product-hort-zerotol.html

This is the product I used many years ago...very effective...I am not sure of the cost...it has been so long ago...If I remember right it was 120.00 for 5gal...works well with plants but not so cost effective...results are solid with white roots :D

For myself I dont think I will play with bleach...just doesnt sound right...I prefer the broken down chemicals

I told you don't give people my secret.... That shit is the shit! Period... but we don't want everybody growing like we do... so relax on the unneeded info... some things people need to find out for themselves. But i will say this.... just like anything else... you gotta know how much to use and when...lol I should make my quote something like this... "Directions are for dummies" you know what im saying

HaHaHa your secret...how about our secret LOL

A lot of people overlook that one little aspect about hydroponics...but a least you and I know whats up

I have all the meters and generators for testing these chemical reactions when coming in contact with organic matter

And lol people only do what they are told...if its not written on the bottle people dont do it and of coarse the manufacturers arent going to tell you cause thats money out of their pocket

Forgot to ask you if you have any extra cuts you can spare of candyland...im only going to be able to get 9 cuts and need a few more...if not I was going to roll half candyland and half gdp for Christmas :xmastree: LMK

:smoke out:

Hello guys, I was hoping any of you with some outdoor experience could steer me in the right direction with an outdoor potted grow. Should there be any concerns with using sm-90 with every feeding? Could there be a possible build of minerals over the course of time or would just an occasional use be better. I have used it twice to no I'll effect but don't want to risk overdoing a good thing

Wazz up egrower

I would first want to know what your purpose for wanting to use sm-90 at all outdoor unless its a foliar spray...

Ivory dish soap may serve the same purpose for you outdoor for roots but its all down to what you need it for :D

both sm-90 and ivory dish soap are both surfactants...ivory dish soap is safe and biodegradable

a little more info and I can let you know what my opinion is my friend

Huey, hope ya dont mind me chiming in! I use sm-90 every watering....granted im indoors, but i dont see how that should matter too much. I use it at 4ml/gallon

Its all good Lotus :tiphat: the more info the better :scripture:

It has been some time since I have used sm-90...I have used neem for quite some time now...sm-90 is easier to work with than neem...smells better too...but I made the switch because I tried neem during that time for what reason I cant remember but found neem to work better for myself

Neem oil insecticide works as a systemic in many plants when applied as a soil drench. Once the product is in the plant’s vascular system, insects intake it during feeding. The compound causes insects to reduce or cease feeding, can prevent larvae from maturing, reduces or interrupts mating behavior and, in some cases, the oil coats the breathing holes of insects and kills them.

sm-90 works very well too and really comes down to preference

Thanks for the quick responses. I am using it both to help keep the roots gnat free and rot free as well as taking advantage of the bonus effect of being a wetting agent and increasing the plants usage of water and nute uptake. My concern was that there might be a negative to its use outdoors or that it may build up in the soil causing a problem. Not seeing any yet but I would like to be careful. I already had a N toxicity scare on a GDP and would like to be stress free from here on out.

Huey, if i had a dollar for every branch ive snapped off id be a rich man! Things seem to be rollin nicely over here!

I too use the sm-90 for fungus gnats.....was referred to it by a grower who also uses Jacks + CalNit as their nutrient program (as do i). I used to see flyers everytime i opened my tent and now I havent seen one in months....nothing on the yellow stickys either!

Off to go take the RV to the tailgate.....rare Friday night college game! Think its televised as well!

818 looks killer! I've been smoking east coast headband that came from DNA seeds.
the smell is very loud and terp profile very similar but you don't get the headband pressure
in your head like what I've smoked in CA. how does your CC compare to the old school?
