How will Amsterdam locals only law affect seed sales?

I was wondering if i will still be able to purchase seeds as an American after the new law goes into effect later this year?

^^ links lol i thought it was common knowledge. Tourists can no longer purchase buds in amsterdam.

Never thought of the seed aspect. I believe unlike the states they treat seeds differently that buds so it will be interesting how it pans out.

your seeds probably dont come from amsterdam of holland and you cant buy them over there unless you want to get ripped of by some gangsters in the sensi/flying dutchmen "seedshops",,

the dutch laws surrounding seeds wont change and neither will it in all the countries seeds are sent out of so no problems..

next may i believe the ban comes in in amsterdam,, even the dutch will need cannabis licenses to toke and coffeeshops will have a set number of members they can have,, and they will probably be sub-dealers in the future.. tourists will be asked if they have licenses and anyone caught toking without one will be arrested/cautioned like in any other weed hating country..

yeah, new law sucks! Hopefully they'll turn it around soon . ..

as far as i know, thing's wont change in amsterdam till may 2015.
so no "wietpas" needed till then.
