How well do AF's do under (3)42w ww CFL'S?

Yes, the male could easily be kept in a 20oz.

As for smoking the same strain for three month, yes, you will still get high, because no matter what your smoking it still contains THC. Just in different amounts, and in a strain with even moderate levels you will get high no matter how long you smoke it. The only way you are not going to get high is if you smoke constantly, then you will start to get burned out and your tolerance will increase. I don't believe that it is strain dependent at all, as the only difference between one strain and the other is different amounts of the same chemicals (THC, CBD's, and other cannabinoids).

Here are the links to the original pics if you want to see them, just to get an idea of what shwag is down here.

That shit, is about $2 per gram, though we buy it by $5 nickels (2.5g), $10 dimes(5g), $25 half's and $50 oz. ,etc.

Oh I feel soo ripped off. That last one we call brick weed and it goes for $90/oz I'm thinking now maybe I'm just getting burned out then. Bah!

i would buy some wider pots to grow them in too. 20 oz beer cups isn't big enough. i bought some 9" x 6" x 6" square pots and they are working very well. it doesn't matter how many you can fit. that is probably why you have budsicles. the plants are no room to spread their wings.

LOL My goal was budcicles lol no room here for big pots

90 an oz is crazy, I've seen other people post about their weed prices and they have always been ridiculously high. I guess it's just because were so close to the border...

BTW, I used to get QP's (114g) for $90 and that was only two years ago. It was pretty good shit for shwag at least. Now I'm lucky if I can find them for $150.

No, you never want to put multiple plants in the same pot, especially AF's because a lot of their growth is determined by root space. If you put four in one pot they would all compete for nutes and that is a very bad thing. With AF's your main concern with pots are going to be height because they tend to grow down more than out. So if you could get some taller pots and you will be able to fit maybe six in that box. I'm not sure on the exact dimensions of that cab your using but you should be able to fit 4-6. Which is going to be about the same number of females you'll get. Be sure to keep your best looking male (put it in a window or something) so you don't have to order more seeds.

never say never. i have 6 sour bubble ryder plants in one pot outside and it is working out great.

So are you saying that Dr.buds setup won't work for me? Darn it I thought I was on the right track. I really didn't care if they weren't full grown cuz I was gonna take like 4 at a time out a week. But, If I had the AF seeds, that does sound like a faster grow. I could only fit two 9"X6"x6" in there. Are you saying to put like 4 plants in each pot and just leave them all in their pots till done? I guess they would all be the same age if planted at the same time. Then I would have another 2 pots to go in for a somewhat perpetual grow? Thanks! Any ideas are welcome!

i thought you said you have 1 1/2 feet to work with? you could fit 9 pots in there. 6"width6"length9"height.

Interesting, what size pot are you using?

Do you think you are going to get about the same yield?

Also, I don't think that will work for her because based on those pics it looks like they are spreading away from each other, so that may end up taking more space than putting them in there own pots.

they are growing away from each other because i trained them this way. now the bottom of the plant won't go to waste because the whole plant is getting sun. the pot size is 10 gallons. plenty of soil. i will have fat nugs in about a month.

Cool, I should have know about the training, I just wasn't thinking. From what I've seen and from my expirence putting multiple plants in the same pot causes problems. Though I suppose since you are using such a big pot for such relatively *small plants it works well.

*compared to what I had used, for I did this when I was a botanical 'noob' and the plants of course were not AF's, but some shitty bagseed years ago.

for a full season girl. putting multiple plants in one pot is a no no. all of the auto's that i have done have flourished in pots together and grew just as big as one in single pots. now i don't waste the soil.

That's good to know, I'm sure you do save a lot of soil and space. I was just never willing to try it with anything other than bagseed, for the off chance that I killed or wasted some good genetics. Though after thinking about it, it does make sense since AF's are usually pretty light feeders so I guess there wouldn't be much nute competition. The only thing I was concerned about was root space. Though I suppose that with a bigger pot that wouldn't be much of a problem, it also didn't occur to me that it wouldn't really be that much of a problem considering AF's tendency to grow down rather than out.

Thanks for the post.

Oh there are flowers and all just not alot of growth and they have been in flower for about 6 weeks lol my biggest "bud" is like the size of a dime!

lol, wow that is...progress? I guess...

no, but I can't wait to see how some AF's will do in there.

By dime I'm guessing that you mean the coin not the slang term for $10 bucks worth of weed (5g down here)

Even to get the common "budsicle" AF plant, the plant will have to grow out to about 12 inches tall, and in a 2 liter container. I wouldn't recommend smaller, although I'm sure it could be done.

If you treat them right (I saw your pics) you might be able to do ok. The buds on lots are usually so diminutive at six weeks - things start to pick up quick, it seems.

Make sure you get enough ventilation for them, too. Tuu warm and moist could bring a quick mildew or mold.
