You haven't met many women online. Nearly 100% freaks? Most of them are busy professionals who don't run into single guys very often because of life circumstances. Online dating is normal now. Almost half of new marriages start online these days.

I'm the same way. I work at a software company (with mostly dudes), train at the gym every day (with mostly dudes), go out to sports bars to watch MMA (with mostly dudes), and go out to metal concerts on the weekend (also with mostly dudes). I meet girls online because they're hot and it's easy. It's also easy to filter out the ones I'm not interested in (religious, anti-weed, have kids or want kids, etc).

All i can tell you is from my experience on dating sites, the proportion of ppl on there with major life issues FAR outweighs the normal ppl that are apparently "just having trouble meeting someone irl" The worst part for me is these ppl always try to conceal these flaws, but they usually betray themselves in their profiles if you can read between the lines.

Example 1: "Im happy with my life and really don't need anyone" TRANSLATION Im quite selfish and only want a relationship to suit my needs
Example 2: "Im brutally honest and speak my mind" TRANSLATION I don't know when to keep my stupid fat mouth shut
Example 3: "I want to be treated like i deserve too" TRANSLATION My ex's all used to beat the shit out of me i have horrendous taste in men
Example 4: "I work out regularly" but usually omit weight from their profile TRANSLATION Ive worked out twice in the last 6 months and am actually overweight (usually accompanied by blurry photos with only top half showing)
Example 5: "I don't like dramas" TRANSLATION Im a drama queen and i start s*** all the time over nothing

See i honestly think ppl take the original post far too LITERALLY. Of course its not very nice to troll people like this, but if you look at those pictures drawn by OP & compare to the original photo there is some fking hilarious little subtleties going on. Its a piece of art, ok yes granted, some ppl get made fun of, but thats kind of missing the point imo. Those drawings are truly legendary and epic. If ppl don't get that i feel sorry for their lack of sense of humour. Further, if we cannot learn to laugh at ourselves and the whole human plight, you are missing out.

Everytime i flick back to page one and look at those drawings, i burst into spontaneous laughter & die everytime. Do you know how rare that is???
