I grew some 10 footers last year. Put out some of my "winter grow"plants outside to re-veg in Spring.
I put them in a pit to keep the wind off of them or they get pushed over.
Alas, they didn't finish but they were fun to look at.
I've seen outdoor growers put rings of page wire around their plants so the branches grow through the squares.

Anyone lollipop/strip lower nodes from tops before flower outdoors?

I have pruned away most of the small growth and inner nodes near the stalk off the main branches during veg.

Now with all the new side branches tops poking out everywhere im curious if i should strip them before stretch too?

Top pinching and more aggressive topping later. Never has done wrong. I top everything that's getting too far ahead.
