How to make hash Pakistani Style

im planning on having a hemp emporium down here to encourage stoners to visit... we have so much of a heritage with these plants its a pity nobody has tried to encourage outsiders to indulge here (like amsterdam)... considering theres a history of this plant being used more than 2000 years ago its a shame we dont publicly pride ourselves in this...

awesome primary source info, Delta9, thanks for the lesson.

the second i could afford it i'd be making my reservation at the Delta 9 Farms no doubt about that. if you really wanted to make it a icmaggie's paradise you could even have a seed shop with different pakistani strains. jesus it would be like a black hole for cannabis nerds. you'd need to have internet there so peoples' families knew they were still alive. then throw in some real pakistani cuisine (i'll have the palak paneer really spicy and 12 naans please) for after people get ripped and jesus you might just start your own religion you'd probably have thousands of devotees (including me). i think i found a picture of what you'd end up with here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZTC_jUaVPw&mode=related&search=

any chance you have pictures of what you mention, the brands of hash, dope shops, sativa plants in the south, by the way?

cheers

I learn something everyday on this site. I always thought Paki hashish was hand rubbed because all the time I was in Germany (80-82) I was sold "black paki" all the time. But who knows where the black paki came from but it was good.

black doesn't mean hand rubbed. Af/Pak charas looks so because of the pressing process which usually involves heating and pounding of the garda until it turns into the dark and sticky delicacy we all know of.

here a few local goodies (from afghanistan actually, except pic 3)

i went to pakistan about year and a half ago, and didnt face ANY problems there. Im a blonde haired, blue-eyed american, and i didnt face any kind of problems there, and wa streated with so much kindness and hospitability, that i felt ashamed(ex. people who earned small wages would buy me bottles of coke becaus ethey felt i was guest in their country, and they felt it was there duty to treat all guests with extreme hospitality)

Heres some of the stuff I learned from the local pukthun people in nwfp who produce the hash, and sell it. First of all, contrary to popular belief, first grade stuff does NOT get exported, all first siev stuff remains in Pakistan, its the lower grade stuff that gets exported. i was very surpised by this, but they said that the local demand of high-quality hashish has grown large enough that the locals can make more money selling high quality hash localy then the would exporting(in that case, i was told, it was the big time smuglers who make the masive profits, not them).

All(and by all i mean 100% of hashish) is sieved in pakistan, there is no handrubbing involved. Alot of times the sifted turns black because of oxidation(and because of the heat, it oxidizes even faster). Infact, when i bought i brought gardaa(local term for loosely packed kief), it wouild oxidize very fast when i played with it.

All the hash i smoked in Pakistan had a very narcotic high, 100% indica stuff deifntely. The high was extreemly overpowering, and would give me an extreme case o fmunchies.
Thw wild weed i heard some locals use to make a bervage called "bung lussi", with a mild high, but why even bother with the wild weed, when there is much insanely strong hashish avaible for very cheap.

I guess to answer the orignal posters question how to make pakistani hash, i guess there isnt really alto that goes into the making. From what i have been told the resin is sifted plants, and then loosely pressed into gardaa form, and well, you can actually even buy loose kief that you can press yourself. its a nice treat if you feel like pressing some hash yourself.
and mriko, hey bro, how are you? Man, it was your thread back on OG that inspired me to go to pakistan, and wow, what a nice inspiration it was.

hey canaboid glad to know my reports inspired you to go there !

just one advise for people going there and buying stuff. Always better to buy garda ("kief") and hand-press it yourself. Already pressed charas might be adulterated, even there.

ill throw some more pics of stuff that i come across down here... just waiting for my plants to pollenate so i can get enough seed stocks to plant a field...

too right - and more so it's a pity your people don't get the credit and the respect they deserve for this gift to the world either

it amazes me just how ignorant smokers in "the West" are of the vast history cannabis has there, and the immense wealth of knowledge and experience in those regions, and just how much modern indoor growers owe to the homelands of the indicas

but of course there is also a part of me which is glad that it is this way - days like today not least, I feel the less idiots the better, and more for those who truly deserve it

Hello Delta & Everyone

Very nice read indeed Delta....always fascinated me those area's (Khyber)

Count me in. Used to live in the U.A.E so had access to good garda from friends(flown from Islamabad)...but this is not garda its just red seal (grade 2 or 3 i think)

Stopped smoking black since being in Holland...just doesn't taste the way it does when i smoke it back home : (

Peace & serious about the Visit : )
