How to get seeds in the states?

Hey guys I am new here and I would like to start off by saying THANKS FOR ALL OF YOUR TIME AND HELP! I recently purchased an old hydro setup with alot of bells and whistles, I plan on changing the setup/grow-box size. I would like to use clones or seeds and veg under the 400w HPS light. I am all about stealth and that is what everyone preaches but my only problem with that is getting hold of seeds. In one breath a vet-grower says "do not trust anyone, STEALTH STEALTH STEALTH" and in another they say "mail your seeds to a trusted friend" my problem with this is that most of my friends are stoners and in order for me to mail a random package to their door, they will probably wonder "what is it" and its not a clean house and I don't want to be the cause of bringing heat in their kitchen if the seeds are found. I found a random seed in a bag of Dro-ski that I recently purchased but I want to have a 4-veg plant setup and I dont even know what strain this is.
I am unsure how to get ahold of clones or seeds safely in texas and I would be more comfortable buying seeds from a stranger who will never know where my grow is than a "good friend" because a " good friend" can turn into a backstabbing enemy in a split second - NO THANKS!

This is the only thing that is preventing me from setting up .. any ideas?

bullfrog- i have heard of those and I will deff keep in mind if I get the balls to order to my spot lol

poopy - I have read that this is a bad idea and they strongly discourage PO boxes than I read to use PO boxes. Any experiance with PO boxes? I have also read multiple times(including George Cervantes) to mail to PO boxes - so I am not saying your wrong - just throwing my $0.02

and the goatse name is a joke from some other (non MJ) forums I go to on a regular basis which actually was the forums that pointed me here from a thread. and I am deff not a cop - I am a local truckdriver and I am out of work from a serious motorcycle accident which has me disabled. I am not asking you to trust me as words are nothing but just introducing myself
