I don't think anyone can tell you that for sure. Some traits get passed on more readily than others.
Do the cross, pick the offspring that show mold resistance and repeat till you are happy with the percent of offspring that show the kind of resistance you want.
I leave auto breeding patches much longer than needed to get ripe seeds. Some plants are molded and turned to mush. I only take seeds from the ones that have survived the best. Obviously you get more seeds from the plants that are left standing and better suited to your environment.
Over time you will have what you are looking for.
