You need to determine what the amperage or wattage of the adapter is, and what the fans pull. Add up the combined fan load, and make sure that it is less than what the adapter is capable of. For instance, if you have an adapter that is good for 1 amp and the fans pull .3 amps (or 300 milliamps), then you could run 3 fans on it.
