I don't think a disclaimer would do anything. Anything you say WILL be used against you. And a pig could ask you if the disclaimer is true. Answering yes will add a new charge of lying to investigators.
I don't think a disclaimer would do anything either, hkush. My above post was a stab at humor, albeit a feeble one.
Every time I see a disclaimer signature I picture some random pothead with a house full of police and cannabis plants, pointing at his disclaimer signature on icmag like it somehow makes a shit bit of difference to the cops.

I wonder about what I post online too. I am fairly new to the internet and posting logs. it used to all be for me, but then I decided I NEEDED to tell someone and it was refreshing. I feel a little insecure doing so, but more secure than if I told a friend who might not be a friend 6months from now
overgrow was busted as part of a operation for seed exporting.. basically they were making millions of dollars a month selling seeds to americans thru the mail (federal)... had nothing to do with the information and the content of the site.. and if you're a medical patient and operating under the state laws u have nothing to worry about. get a doctor recommendation and talk whatever u are doing over with your doctor and if he gives u the thumbs up then thats all there is to it.. doctor says its ok, then you are operating under state law.. feds arent prosecuting med MJ cases anymore that are operating under state law.
true.. at least.. but maybe a change will be initiated that will be permanent during that time.. where i live if your dr says its ok and u have a dr recommendation for it, then u are all good.. follow the rules and u will have no problems.. simple as that.. no reason to go ridiculous.
After Overgrow went down I kinda got scared.....I read the forums here and kept up on everything but didn't sign up to be a icmag member until 3-4 years after the overgrow bust. It's hard to say really how safe these sites are but I never post any direct info about locations and/or real names etx just to be safe....it's kinda common sense you know your not gonna take a pic of your grow and give somebody directions to it in a post lol.....I just try to be smart knowing marijuana is still illegal in 36 or so states in the US. I also grow only for myself and not commerical purposes...mainly medical and recerational.
If your this well know by local cops and there out to get you....it's safe to say you better walk a fine line.....maybe lay low and keep yourself not to be seen alot. If the cops don't like you...rest assured there eventually gonna try to find you in the wrong. It's not good that the cops know you and don't like you anyway so there going be on your ass....goodluck man and be careful hopefully one day we don't have to feel like criminals.....also Tinman be careful if you move to a small town as small town folks can get very noisey....idea would be to move to semi populated area and live on the down low in my opinion....be seen very little and run your grow without anybody knowing a thing.......Just don't give them cops a chance bro
This site was founded by growers and those with interest in the horticulture of cannabis and being able to show it in a safe, anonymous way on the internet...ICMAG.COM has grown over the years with every harvest it's members have had to become the leading growers forum on the internet...
I don't have any members of any particular branches of any government what-so-ever on my staff, just those that are dedicated in keeping ICMAG.COM here and into the future.....and take offence if slanderous accusations are made along these lines towards myself/us...
There have been alot of good posts in this thread regarding what you can do to increase your own personnal security.....
Rest assured that our servers are in a canna-tolerant place and we don't log I.P.'s....I have no interest in knowing exactly who or where you are and if you are so paranoid about posting ...simply just don't post, I wouldn't want to add any more stress to your day....
