no you don't.
only your ISP's Router sees your MAC address. all requests going "further" into the internet only use the ip address to identify you.
But even if the web server could see your MAC address, this would be no evidence at all since you can pretty much choose your MAC address by yourself. LEO always uses IP addresses to identify you because these are assigned by your ISP and cannot be spoofed by the user.
but anyway, if you're that paranoid why would you post proof of your illegal activities on the internet in the first place?

Exactly (see my post up two). You can use a "Locally Administered Address" on your network adapter. Typically you don't because they have to be unique and are among all vendors. But since it's a local broadcast on your segment there would be no fear of a duplicate mac. Got it

There are plenty that will tell you your IP and then they will do a whois on that and tell you the owner of that IP range.
Just google "what is my IP address" then you can do a whois ip lookup and see your ISP most likely. Unless you're behind a proxy server.
