lost his iPhone with all his code word texts and "contacts",
AT the Post Office, on the counter, while his iPhone wasn't passworded and had 0 (NO, NONE, NADDA) security,
DEA "knocked" on his door, (YESTERDAY)
took his 100+ plants,
kept his parents from knowing,
kept it all out of the news,
didn't search his parents house,
didn't take his computer, (and every single digital device on the property or that he has access to),
is sitting at home, AND without an ankle bracelet,
smoking weed,
has money in his pocket, (TODAY?)
STILL hasn't deleted his albums, PM's messages on his profile, edited every single post he has ever made, ( or asked a MOD to delete them for him)

And his parents don't know?

BULLCHIT! He's either a liar or a snitch. Or soon will be...

Anyway: Did they give him back his iPhone?

vodafone what you are saying is that the ISP can give LEO detailed records that show what websites we visited? are they able to access email and private messaging as well? i dont see how this works....since my computer automatically erases any login information, etc...

LEO can subpoena an ISP for information relevant to an investigation. Depending on the investigation and the ISP's attitude they could be forced to give up the information.

Now the question of what information your ISP has about you, that is all up to you. For example, if you always use HTTPS when visiting ICmag, they would only know when you visit www.icmag.com, but they wouldn't know what your username/password are nor what pages in particular you are reading here... that is IF you always use HTTPS.

Same goes for email, messaging, etc. If you are using secure connections, SSL/TLS, or other form of encryption, your ISP can know where you are visiting or what email host (e.g., gmail), but they most likely won't know your private info unless you've compromised it.

I remember basically growing up on OG...the days when most pot growers I talked to online were genuine, old school hippies. Failing that, incredibly nice people.

Now, it's a large collective of shady pseudo-gangster types who seem to have an almost sexual fetish with "the game," and reiterating how intelligent and under the radar they are to fend off insecurities and failures in the corporate world.

I think if pot does become legal, a lot of people around here are going to be left with no personality crutch to hide behind. It'll just be regular people out in the open, smoking and enjoying cannabis. No more E-gangsta-persona necessary.

I am afraid I'm being watched. Am I paranoid? I did just get busted by the freaking DEA yesterday. I must assume they are watching to see what I do and who I talk to. Everyone is a potential lead. I have friends that I could put in danger. I see possible danger in my future if I continue to to take the risk. Part of me says fuck it and leave it all behind. Part of me says find a way to do it better and safer and cover my bases even better. But now I am on the radar. For how long? Forever?

Sounds like a capital idea to get right back onto a Canna-website and spill your guts. I think that may be the first thing I'd suggest doing after a massive bust.....get right onto a website that talks about marijuana........and start saying blow by blow what happened and how...with a significant amount of detail.

Then at the very end to kick up the paranoia I'd suggest there's potential that you're still being watched.
