Cost of nutrients, soil, water, electricity etc for whatever my yield is. F buying when you can grow superior strains on your own for next to nothing, with the proper set up you can realistically get premium weed for $20.00 or less an ounce! Grow your own and stop supporting organised low life criminals, not saying all dealers are bad but most are simply scum!!

I couldnt charge more than 325/oz without feeling guilty, but I cant get anyhting on the same level.
Real good haze is the closest thing and it never had the same mouth piece, nosepeice, potency or character I prefer, and unless im buying pounds im paying 380-415/oz

I've been to clubs all over SoCal, and a couple in NorCal.
"Top Shelf"- L.A.Confidential, Bubba, Bulldozer, God's Gift, "Valley Kush" all pretty much go for 460-550/O in SoCal clubs. Not many price-breaks for those who are not "regulars".
Next step down, for some reason includes mostly sativa dominant strains, and usually includes SSH, which I will ALWAYS take over the pricier stuff, Bubbleberry, Blue Velvet, and Pineapple Punch(PineapplexSkunkxMcCoy).
At this range you can usually also get some decent, and maybe good GDP, Afgooey, or Purple Nepal ......Approx.375-450
For some reason, sometimes I can talk 'em to 3-325/O for GDP(when it's not the "cream of the crop")
"Juicy Fruit" (basically med-grade dookie) just depends on how much of a sucker you are to buy it....between 250-300 of your hard-earned dollars down the drain! (I honestly wouldn't pay 100/Ounce for this shit.)
BEWARE OF JUICY FRUIT!!! DO NOT BUY THIS STRAIN!!!
It really depends on your relationship w/ you supplier; Sometimes I can get "Bomb OG", GDP, or Cannalope Haze for about 350/zip, which is damn decent 'round these parts.
Privately grown/sold ("non-med") herb is between 350-420/O for super-dank, and 250-320 for crap. Yeah, there's kind of a big jump there, but when good bud isn't around, ppl start doing crazy things.
I personally don't pay more than 350 anymore, and that's for bomb-ass Blueberry, Dr Dank, or Northern Lights, from a home-grower, and that's only when I decide to actually make a "purchase"

Also, in the parts of Oregon that I have been to, dirt-weed is about $10/gram(100-150/O), while the dank-bud there goes for about $12-13/gram(175-220/Ounce)

sad thing to see these prices. i smoke swag not because i want to. price and availability. im sick and do hurt with pain. but 300 at the least is still crazy for a workin man with fam.... "poorest state"....this is getting to be like the oil tycoons. weed should never be about making money. weed is for love peace joy. but what do i know. i would pay though if i could find. its like my state got skipped and the mexicas moved in with there weed. or im a hermet crab that knows noone. swagggggggggy is all i see around here 25 a 1/4 and that goes in 2 day. all of yall are lucky and should know u are blessed. all i lack in my room now is good genes so bye bye to buyin searchin anyways.the sippi sucks plain and simple peace and godspeed my friends. people as i see it the human race was doomed from the start. sorry made a batch of bho out an ounce of good green homegrown swaggy and blowed the whole thing. peace once again

Yeah man, the prices are ridiculous now with all the "med growers/clubs", especially in SoCal.
Iam also a care-giver, and I usually only get something small for myself when I go to a shop to get meds for someone who is unable to keep there own garden. And usually only when it's something that I've been wanting to try. (unfortunately I grow barely enough for myself, so I only share a little, and then I still end up buying more)
Of course, the best thing to do if one is able, is to maintain one's own garden and NEVER BUY HERB
Because of your area, it may seem impossible to come in contact with superior genetics, but seeds and clones are becoming much easier to acquire.
People order seeds through the mail all the time.
I was just told a story about a guy who drove 6 hours to pick up some clones, wrapped the bottom of the cuttings in a moist paper towel, and threw them in a cooler with ice. Drove 6 hours home, plugged 'em, and they rooted in (I think) about a week.
