First I should explain the physical act of pollination. The pollen grain is released from the male anther (what soma calls male bananas, such a dork)
He refur's to them by that name because it resembles the shape of the pollen sacks. They hang like a bunch of bananas and are almost the same yellow color.

sounds good It sould take 30-40 days for seeds dont worrie about growing plant longer then that. The only thing that might happen is the seeds might pop out of the buds by them selves.

wow ..........

all i have to say .... is for a seed to be a mature plant it takes roughly 6 weeks+ a good sign to look for is alternating nodes thats one of the true indications that a plant from seed has reached full maturity

after the plant matures is when u should start cloneing any earlier and ur making copies of a unmature plant ... potency and yeild *could* be affected if u clone earlier (or budd earler)

I actually get a lil impatient after I pick a seeded bud as far as letting the seeds dry out for more than a few days. I picked a seeded bud last Saturday, dug out the seeds Sunday morning and put four in wet paper towels. By Monday three of the four seeds had cracked open and were planted. I just checked the last seed,it hasn't cracked yet but it's only been a couple days.

Rudedude, that's pertinent germination info, because I've been wracking my brain on length of time required to dry a fresh new seed before you can germinate it.

I remember from OG, at least two weeks for the seed to dry before germing/planting..............but I guess not. I usually wait a month before I plant/germ a seed after it's been dropped from the calyx. Why wait if it doesn't help it to be viable?

Desiderata, I think the important thing is the maturity of the seed at time of harvest

Fucking A bro! That's good ole common sense. No wonder I get funny looks when I say you need to let the seed dry a month before planting/germing. I think that is another myth.

This dispells having to wait,.................... when a mature seed falls, it's ready for nature to take her course.
