I hate movie theaters . no pause button , no smoking section ie blunt on couch and I pee way to much .

I hate star wars and the likes with a passion

Depends on who I'm with. If I go to a movie alone, any wait is too long but if I'm with a group, hell I'd wait an hour or two, at that point it's more a social thing for me than being a movie. Why I love Alamo Drafthouse, food, drinks and pre-pay for tickets/seats online with the theaters being ready for you to take your seat ~30minutes ahead of the movie.

Not at all. Ill wait to see it online for free within a couple days after it is released.
Plus, gun-free zones suck.

The walk to the mailbox takes about 5 minutes.

The walk back takes about 5 minutes.

Taking out the audio CD, putting in the DVD ... another 5 minutes.

Buying snacks ... takes about a half hour it seems.

They should make a movie about people waiting in line to see movies. Then see how many people wait in line.

Then develop a model to explain the behavior and
post it in the IC Mag stoned thinking thread :woohoo:

It opened at the Egyptian Theater on Hollywood Blvd. The line wrapped down to Highland Avenue and we got in line by the Max Factor building.

Can't really say how long we waited  as we dropped acid and lost track of time.

I remember sitting and watching the Titles scroll by like I had never seen before. Then the spaceship.

That was the best show I ever went to. Highly recommended (do the acid first).

That said, I will not be waiting in line.

I was never very interested in Star Wars, even as a child, i did see some episodes when i was younger and i guess i thought it was ok, but i can't really remember it very well.

I thought they were dragging it out a bit by making the extra episodes in the 90s-00s.
I saw one of those episodes in the Cinema with some friends but can't really remember much of that either.

I don't really understand the excitement about it. Is it something to do with the 'cornyness'.
