How do you give, get, and view Reputation

To give Rep to a post you can click the little white scale things next to the green/grey light to get rep well people would have to find your post interesting or helpful
to view your rep click My Ic top left of page

if you look at the stickied threads at the top of the Support thread you will see their is some info about Reputation

some people get very upset if they receive negative rep, its crazy. i guess if everyones reputation was public, and you could read and see who all did what, i could maybe see a reason to be a upset, but some of these people treat their reputation as their lifeblood

you can only give so many agree/disagree reputations a day, and the other reputation method is limited to a certain amount as well, but its not as clear how its regulated

Grey is neutral or 1/3 of normal Rep. The user does not have 50 POSTS + 8 DAYS ON THE FORUM.

If you use the helpful post this will give you gray sometimes. This is calculated different then if you give rep with the scale
