Very interesting to see that current voting poll shows a 50/50 tie. With a slight tip towards Yes.
And another smaller group which is Not Sure and is in between.

Please keep voting and don't be shy to express your opinion in this thread.

This is a shot in the arm. Sometimes needed but not enjoyable.

To those not working, now you see how unnecessary your job really is. You have to put in lots of effort doing pointless tasks to keep the bubble going. If you had a real job and were paid what you’re worth, you wouldn’t be having an economic crisis.

Make it a new world. Grow food.

My dream is to move away from city life. I kind of enjoyed these times. I enjoyed seeing sheeple in distress because they have no hobbies. They rely on their sports TV, pubs and other meaningless forms of drudgery to keep them sane. While they are desperate, my life goes on as it always has. It's like a hermit's vindication. Now the weather is good so they don't obey their orders to stay inside anymore. Traffic jams are back

For weeks, months, you could read and see what's happening in china etc. I got all my shit before anyone here had Covid on their minds. While whole countries in asia shut down their schools and airports, the only thing on the western mind controlling lamestream media was the fat Ass of kim kardashian, donald trump & are there 5 or 17 genders. I enjoy the confirmation that I did good to never, ever, ever, EVER watch ANY of that bullshit they put out on mainstream channels. All of it is intended to keep you a dumb consuming mind controlled 80 IQ Slave moron, who hoards TP like a good little bitch and doesn't think for himself.

I enjoy seeing what an absolute shit show everything has become. I'm pretty sure this is the pretext to some 1984 NWO shit like 9/11 but worse. I just laugh at it. the final convulsions of a failing society and culture.

I'm out of weed and the door bell hasn't stopped ringing. People where I am tend to be retired, and feel someone as young as me should be running around after them. I'm almost 50. If they would just learn to use the fucking internet and buy food online themselves I would be enjoying it more. If I had a full stash, I'd enjoy it more. Some I help but those I know have kids living locally, I expect their own kids to step up. Am I just a ****? I don't really care.

GMT, being outta weed is bad. Have you noticed yet? I feel your pain.

just shoot me now, please. i no more want pelosi as POTUS than i wanted the clown we're stuck with now to get in, nor hillary either. i'd vote for a cigar store indian over any of the lot.

Would that be brain dead biden?

I love that they got all over Trump for saying "grab her by the pussy", and biden is a real, bonified (bone?), caught in the act with a real accuser, pussy grabber!

Will the knit pussy hats come out at bidens nomination?

Honestly I used to love sitting around by myself and enjoy occupying my time. After this forced lockdown though Ive begun to enjoy it less. I definitely notice myself appreciating simple things like going for a walk or doing some grocery shopping. I also notice myself laughing at how germaphobic everyone has become lately.

I still have never put a mask on or used hand sanitizer in my entire life.

It sucks ass. I'm still working so I'm out in the world every day all over the place. Come home and there's nothing to do, no dates with the girlfriend everything is closed, can't take the kids anywhere all parks are closed along with everything else, by this time of year id be hiking a few days a week but most of the hiking spots have been closed too.

So what I've been doing is smoking more weed, drinking more alcohol, watching too much TV and lifting weights at home.

Getting 80% of salary to chill at home and go for long walks with my wife. I can think of a lot worse. Luckily we live in a country not hit as hard as others.
The air quality has improved, there is much less garbage around, more animals about. We are finding all sorts of nice puffing spots around the city, and learning new neighbourhoods.

Must say i am a fan of social distancing. I can only hope we learn from this opportunity to better our lives, take more time to enjoy familly and friends and generally calm down.
re-prioritize.

On Monday stores and restaurants will be allowed to re-open here and depending on how that goes, maybe I'll be working the next week.

It’s making it much more risky to transport stuff between grow rooms- in that sense I can’t wait for everyone to get back to their lives so I can blend in better!

It’s lovely having my daughter home from school and teaching her stuff in our way, but that’s a bit selfish on my part... she needs the school routine to keep her mind busy. Nice to have her helping me plant the veg this year.
To be totally honest , I’m more of a hermit so I don’t miss going out too much (unusual for a grower right  ) ... I don’t do the pub thing, and much prefer my own cooking.

I’d like to lose the queues at grocery stores.

- I'd like to see my kids go back to school - and the wife back to work - gives me a bit of 'quiet time' - and more exercise on the school run - plus the kids get a better education - and the wife can get back to her career in cooking - in a restaurant -

- Since I am home-based anyway - this isolation with the family hasn't been a huge change for me - if only ASDA would deliver - lol

Not sure about Asda, but if you go on Tesco grocery website at around 11:30 pm (and refresh the page a few times if needed), sometime between 11:30-11:45 they release some slots... first it puts you in a small queue (no avoiding those it seems) which refreshes automatically then you can book a slot if you are quick

Edit: doesn’t seem to work on the app, just the website

I've been retired for a few years and live in a nice house I built myself, 12 years ago...

I live 14 miles outside of town of 12,000 people..My house is 600 feet off of the clay road I live on and my closest neighbors are a quarter mile away through thick woods...

My life hasn't changed much at all..I get up and drink coffee and go out side to do chores or just walk around the paths in the woods..

i walk to the hideout and get it ready for planting clones and seedlings next week..

I have a large pantry that is well stocked, so life is just about the same as usual for me...

I feel badly for all you people who live in small apartments in the city and are out of work..
Not having an income and still having to pay rent or mortgage must be a little scary...

I fucking love it, paid a little extra and I don't have to do shit, yet I have plenty of shit to do that I can make money doing while collecting unemployment.

Definitely a little worried about the economy though, we are heading straight into a great depression unlike anyone has seen in their lifetime. Of course it will bring a lot of opportunities, buy the right stock at the bottom dollar your going to do really good. Just this when they bring out the 1 world currency? Never let a crisis go to waste, give everyone lots of money, destroy the dollar and bring out the world currency...

Just saw this in the Daily Fail - 'The app that lets you 'cheat' your way to the start of supermarket delivery queue by spotting open slots

Almost 2000 Brits have signed up to Visualping, which tracks website changes

Monitors Tesco, Ocado, Morrisons and Waitrose to alert to open delivery slots

Coronavirus pandemic has lead to a huge increase in online grocery orders as millions avoid travelling to the supermarket for fear of catching Covid-19 -

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/...p-lets-cheat-way-start-supermarket-queue.html

*problem is they don't do ASDA - so maybe I should try and be awake just before mid-night - to try and get a slot -
