How do you deal with the 6 plant limit?

I could see a resurgence in guerilla outdoor growing.

Spread a bunch of plants all around in small plots no more than 6 which aren't technically illegal and harvest one at a time so pocession never exceeds a given amount.

Or get a bunch of people you know let you set up shop at their house and run a bunch of gardens and basically pay rent.

I want to get all of my friends growing so we can maintain more strains. I will give them clones to get them growing. Then I will start a seed run. I'll be trading my Bud for others Buds. No limit on giving it away.

:woohoo:

you have to look at it like this.
once every adult can grow legally LEO will have an impossible time getting a warrent to search your recreational indoor unless they have a witness.

smell won't cut it anymore so why worry about your indoor plant count if your grow is secure?

grow six big ones outside and as many lights as you can afford indoors.

MA has a 12 plant limit per household recreational and no plant count medical with hardship.

That's my plan

I have read that the new medical regs in California limit based on a 100 Sq ft space, but not a specific plant count. This is why I went with a 70 Sq ft stadium and a 20 Sq ft veg room .gotta love that California will be trying harder than ever to imprison people for weed. How the fuck is this legalization. I wonder if you can petition to have your sentence reduced or thrown out?

So from what I've read so far it looks like if you have 7-12 plants it's just a $100 fine and no criminal charges. Over 12 I haven't seen what the penalties are. Also did I read that right that you can sell and trade as long as you don't advertise? That would be cool as hell!

Plant count limits really suck... I'm not in a legal state but I got 6 flowering plants right now...I ussually have around 10-12 flowering plants but this time I went lower... I just begged them a bit longer then I normally do...
next round is vegging now and it's down to only 5 ... but they are feminized testers from Karma Genetics... I'm gonna try to get these even bigger then last round ...

I figure since I'm in a NOT legal state anyway- what's the difference getting caught with 6 or 20

Illegal cultivation of more than 6 plants is a misdemeanor punishable by $500 and/or 6 months. No felony...

In MA or CO?

This is from the full text on question 4

"Section 13. Penalties"

(e) Possession or cultivation of excess marijuana. Notwithstanding CHAPTER 94C [CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ACT] of the General Laws and until the import or export of marijuana to or from the commonwealth is not prohibited by federal law, a person who is at least 21 years of age and who cultivates more than 6 but not more than 12 marijuana plants or who possesses an amount of marijuana outside of his or her place of residence having a weight of more than 1 ounce but not more than 2 ounces shall be subject only to a civil penalty of not more than $100 and forfeiture of the marijuana not allowed by Section 7. Personal use of marijuana[iv] of this chapter, but shall not be subject to any other form of criminal or civil punishment or disqualification solely for this conduct.

In Massachusetts it's 6 plants totally legal, but MPP cleverly stuck in a "decrim" clause for 6-12 plants - only a $100 civil fine that never escalates with additional offenses. So 12 plants are legal unless your ex-wife is inspecting the premises on a regular basis!

Also the plant limits are automatically removed in Mass. when the federal government allows interstate commerce in herb, something that should happen within 5-10 years, maybe sooner.

Also in Mass, and I believe Colorado as well, it's legal to keep whatever you harvest from your garden at your house, with no limit whatsoever. Read the Mass. law - the 10 ounce limit does not apply to home-grown flowers:

>>(2) within the person’s primary residence, possessing up to 10 ounces of marijuana and any marijuana produced by marijuana plants cultivated on the premises and possessing, cultivating or processing not more than 6 marijuana plants for personal use so long as not more than 12 plants are cultivated on the premises at once;

Haha!

Haha!

Four pages, 90% of the posts say, 'fuck the popo', LOL!

The best thing about this thread are the links to guys growing 6 monster plants in Colorado.

I will grow what I want, but I still want to figure out a 6 plant grow for my best friend

You just need a med card or you need to be granted a hardship exception?

With the Med card. They never instituted the hardship thing so there are no restrictions on who could grow. I guess, now that it's legal, the limit will be ten plants. Not sure if that will be per person or per household.
