sorry sworn to secrecy. i was amazed at their setup tho.ir is a scare tactic and can be beaten with some research and proper insulation,venting,cooling. it really aint that hard with smaller grows. but i had never seen 30 k stealth before. those guys were geniuses
I have a friend that is high up in the National Guard. After I got busted I got to asking questions. Here's what told me how they do it in my state. The National Guard dose fly overs all over the state doing training missions. Marijuana shows up as a yellow color on the flair system. When they see that color they log the gps location and pass that along to the local leo's. This is how I got busted with 1 plant outdoors. Discovery states that the sheriff gave a list of locations to the dtf to fly over for a closer look. This is fact folks

It would keep everyone pretty busy tossing around hand fulls of commercial hemp seeds (cheap by the pound @ health food stores in Europe, they do world wide mail orders as well!) from an Ultralight all over that state.
That was the only 1 outdoors. Also had an indoor grow they didn't know about until they came to my house to get me
anyone that thinks leo doesnt use flir without a warrant is a fool. they also arent supposed to lie and plant drugs. lol
they can lie to you. they do it all the time trying to get confessions...
but you are correct, anyone who believes they aren't FLIRing and planting drugs is a fool...
well i know they lie and plant drugs. i just about proved it in court and won my case. this was like 9 years ago but cops dont change.
they also steel. searched my truck (with out a warrant) took my keys and cell phone from my vehicle that was almost a mile from my property. then gave them to someone with out consent.
why not? someone is always home, and I can hear a chopper coming from a mile (sometimes miles) away. How else are they going to do it, with a scanner attached to a flying owl?
I suppose they could do it from a parked car or small plane, which is why I wondered about that in my other thread. Again, I think most or all of what I observe are normal occurences, but I cannot be 100% sure. That these devices are so readily available is scary! I admit I wouldn't mind driving around seeing if certain people are giving off heat, but I would never reveal anything to anyone. But in the hands of a mothers group or other assorted prudes, who knows? Again, scary!
Because my brother the flir sensor is just mounted in or on the aircraft/ helicopter, the flir ball on the MC-130E drops out just aft of the nose wheel! All they got to do is power up fly over your place & your spotted, having a warrant, that might happen after the fact you never know, or trust the government that they won't f**k you

I am not sure what point you are trying to make, but you would think if they have to have a warrant first, they would have to have suspicion first. I live like a hermit, no kidding, so that would be very hard to believe. If they do it without a warrant, you would think people would fight it and win, making it "unprofitable" for them to do illicit surveillance. Then the incentive would be to do it by the books and almost all of them would. So explain please!
I don't trust my government, the government has all the cards, you do not live like a hermit, because you are on the internet, real hermits live far off the grid!
You also probably order stuff if you grow, it doesn't take much action on the internet for big brother to have you on their radar, if you think otherwise , you should do more research!
If you think the government will not use a helicopter airplane or whatever, see a hot spot inform leo & you think the government will sit on there hands because they didn't obtain the information without a warrant you are clueless!
The government will make a case & then get the warrant after the fact, if it helps them to take down an evil threat to our countries security, yes that's right because you do illegal things you're a terrorist & everybody else that consumes & grows cannabis!!!!!
heres probably how it could go. they are flying around bored after doing some flir work on some case. when done they fly with the flir on and just check random houses in their flight path. they find something suspicious. they take note of area gps ect and give their cop buddies a tip. the cops stake you out,pull your trash ect. if your game is tight it probably wont go further. and then theres always the anonymous tip which they themselves can place so its on record. do i really need to go on.

And crazybear, I see your point but also think you are just trying to use my own paranoia to push me over the edge so you don't have to hear me anymore or something, I am paranoid but not THAT paranoid. Yes they could do this that or the other but will they? Do even they have enough money and willpower an intelligence to do all that? My guess is no.

the guys doing the flir think they are doing society a favor and get a rush busting growers. they dont mind bending rules. if they are already out there doing something else using that flir for a bit longer on the way back aint shit to them i would imagine. i dont worry as my flir signature is insignificant . so kiss my ass chopper guys fly over all you want
The national guard has no business doing the dirty work for the local leo's any way. And what the fuck is the game and fish doing involved in local law enforcement. We buy hunting and fishing license to pay their salary's. They don't get a dime from the sheriff department but every time the cops raid someone with out a warrant the wild life officers are there. The game and fish can come in your house or vehicle with out a warrant for a game violation. But with no indication of a violation why are they even there? I know I know it's so the scum bag cops can follow them in and see what they can get ya for and then call for a WARRANT. JUST PISSES ME OFF
