touchwood i never have but all of the times someone i know has been busted its been about something else. they got caught shoplifting or speeding or driving whilst disqualified. one thing leads to another and they get searched.

so my advice to anyone is to keep your nose clean and dont break the law in any other way.

if you go to smoke at a friends house then take enough pot for you evenings needs and return home with nothing., if you have a little left then be generous and leave it there. then you cant get caught on the way home

words to friggin live by i swear!!! i love to smoke and drive , but the reason why i can do it, is from watching the routes that i take and knowing all the lil nooks and crannies those fuckers love to stalk people from!!! took me about 6 months but after that i have been stopped while smoking and not, and cannabis has never been an issue.

it can happen, but the bar is quite high, or is supposed to be
from the cases i've seen on the grow sites, it's almost always the grower not knowing his/her rights
LE will press to come in, and the grower will give in

Apt grow was left unattended for a couple of days after closing all windows and patio doors due to violent blizzard (usually at least partially open). Upon my return humidity was 100% so I opened patio door to vent - large cloud of condensate = fire department arrived shortly after I left. My own fault, it's not like I couldn't afford a dehumidifier. $3000 fine and 90 days, now I'm just interested in sharing information with friends.

keep your mouth shut don't tell anyone and keep your use private and don't smell like the shit my friend just got popped out of state between 2 state borders because of border patrol and dogs but if he would have listen to me and kept his mouth shut he would not have been busted i told him don't have anything with him in the cab of the vehicle well he did not listen and got popped worse he was in my ride and i don't smoke in it and told him not to ether.

5-0 arrived and found the back door boken, so they entered and found my 30 little ladies

i got a £70 fine and 200 hours of community payback

the man in charge told me to put more back in there. its not the worst crime in the world

The people I hear of getting raided happened because along with the ganja they have multiple types of drugs, almost like a neighborhood illegal drug store. Also I believe that the smart ganja farmer should operate in stealth.. not steaming around down getting high.

A month into flowering and there was an arson fire in my apartment building on the basement level. I got woken up at 3 am by my roommate, locked my bedroom door, apt. door and quickly ran out of the building which was pitch black. Fire dept. came and sledgehammered every locked door in the building. At 11:00 a.m. we were told we could go in to get stuff being escorted by a fireman. The pot smell was strong in my room because my fans were off due to the electrical.

Luckily the fireman was nice and said, it smells in here, get whatever you have out because the landlord, building inspector and police will be going in every apartment. I quickly threw the babies in a rubbermaid and exited via a back door. We were in a hotel for 7 days. I wouldve been screwed.

yeah def., since this happened I've actually met some of the local firemen at the local bar and they lovee their booze. Guess he didnt wanna ruin my day even more so, it was pretty tramautic some of my neighbors were jumping out of 2nd and 3rd story windows, dropping their kids out.
