How did/will they weigh you out when you got busted

5-25 and
and more than 25 your screwed
Every State is different

The street value is worked out by the cost of the smallest street deal from the most expensive dealer. Then multiply that by your overestimated weight.

Here in Texas they will pull up the plant rootball and all, shake off the dirt, and stick it on the scale. Though most DA's are charging with the "standard street value" of 1lb or $1000 per plant.

There was a local bust a couple years back in mid-september. 100 or so plants in a remote area of an undeveloped property. Nobody was caught and the property owner lives in Ohio, had no idea of what the cops were telling him. They estimated the steet value at half a million. I HIGHLY doubt the person in charge of that was expecting over two o's a plant. Just sayin'

the most ridiculous shit i ever saw was on cops this one time...somewhere in alabama or some shit. there is four or five seedling growing outside this guys house...not even on his property. fucking tiny plants, maybe 6 inches tall, not in flowering yet.

dumbo cop is talking about how each plant is gonna be charged as 1LB WTF. my jaw hit the floor...so now this guys getting charged with 5lbs possession for plants not even in his house or even in flowering, etc.
