I am growing some habaneros right now. I've got 5 seedlings, but I'm waiting to see which one is going to be the most vigorous. Really hard to germinate!

Hottest I've had is Dave's Insanity. That's crazy hot to me. Many according to the heat rating list are even hotter. How the hell do you guys eat that stuff. I love hot, but dayum!
No way could I put Dave's on a taco or on wings. In chili or spaghetti sauce yes.

m4c I grow my own jalapenos and habenaros, there's a recipe I use early on in the thread. it's delicious! I love growing peppers...all kinds.. I love just going out and picking a bell pepper off the plant and just munching it. They are so sweet and tasty

Tommy’s a riot and did better with the hot sauces then the host. When they got to the really hot ones at the end, Sean would take a bite of wing and hastily toss it.

I used to collect hot sauces, still have a couple dozen unopened bottles in the pantry. The problem is, especially with the hotter ones, they last forever. I probably have half dozen in the fridge and some have been there for a while. I love ‘em but a little bit goes a long way.

Why add things when my dish is perfect?.. enhance the taste with first choice raw material.. If you add salt sugar spice in every food all have the same taste.. Also it's a hard job for your liver...

Im big fan of chili sauces. I dont like those one with extracts, but natural chili habanero/naga taste i love. Also different wing sauces are so good.
