Here you have a bud of Blueberry from The Noon. It was one of the worst samples I scored in the dam, and the whole Noon experience was absolutely disgusting. Nevertheless, I would recomend you, SpacedCWBY, to visit the place and see by yourself.

I agree with Peter and Potofgold. The contrast of such a hole with the impressive surroundings almost hurts. And the worst part of purchasing two grams of their unsmokable BB was to see the dealer powdering tiny bits of weed with his fingernails since the scale marked less than 1,6 grams.

It is disappointing to read about such negative encounters at the Noon.
Maybe they should fire all the staff and the attitude. I get the impression they want to go “local” by hassling the visitors.
I first met Rob Kemp in 1999 (?), and Dan Simms (who later migrated here to Humboldt County). Rob always seemed ok. So maybe I’m biased- ok I’m biased. Plus Dan and I became acquaintances in the States.
I’ve gone in and just had a coffee, but since the remodel a couple years ago the attitude did seem to change. The staff did seem indifferent, as compared to being cordial.
The Blueberry did waver occasionally, but putting in shake like that is tacky and sarcastic, bad attitude. Still, I’ve had great BB there and did get some shake in the bag. Was advised to come back after 5pm.
I remember getting 5 grams for 50 guilders ($20).
I still think the Noon is a good place to drop in. Don’t buy if it’s sketchy. If you’re going to Van Gogh or Rijk museum, good place to start or finish.

What might “probably” happen to you is what happened to me:
I’ve had many great times at coffeeshops and elsewhere, and have gone back to them, and not the places that were bad. You’ll probably have similar experiences and react in your own way.
Universal: watch out for pickpockets !
