Horrible Online Purchase Experience Any Advice Guys?

I've ordered 3 lights from this guy before he ripped me off $600. After that, two of my three ballasts I had broke down. One started buzzing and making a burning smell. Don't order from him! He also sells lights on ebay, but has been banned at least once. Last I knew his name was something like 360summer, all though that name is probably banned by now too. That guy is total scum and I would love to meet him in person.

360summer360 is his e-bay acct.. some have been treated okay by insidesun.com but the guy obviously has no problem rippin you off either.
don't support this guy when there are folks out ther that will treat you right

Guy still owes me money..Will I ever see it? Probably not.My money order was cashed by Mike, and he never even sent out my merchandise..NUMEROUS e-mails, phone calls,messages..Got ahold of him about twice, he said he would check the warehouse or something and never got back to me..I had to call him.
I called around and found out the money order was cashed..Contacted him and he denied cashing it..He told me to send him the money order receipt signed and he never got back to me once again..So I was outted a nice amount of change..It's all good..You live and you learn..

inside sun sucks.. ordered twice from them... first order went well for a 400w lamp.. ended up giving that one to pops, and then ordered a 600w from him.. took forever to ship, at least a month.. failed to tell me the item was (out of stock) finally got said lamp.. works well.. but started making a buzzing sound.. no funky smells or anything though... hopefully it stays working for a while. should by a new light soon anyways... ill check some of these sites left here.

Better grow is no longer reliable. Been jerked around three of the last five orders. Slowww,don't waste your money on fast shipping, items not stocked as claimed, shipped to wrong address, charged for items not shipped. Item backordered, cancled after a month never received credit. Keep the $20, don't have the time or patience anymore.

Too bad, things weren't always like this.
