Alright, so I haven't posted in awhile and I figured I'd start out by posting some of what I've been toking on for the past couple days.

Very nice, smell is dank though I can't place a name with the scent. Very light green, very keefy. Can't complain...

Super Skunk









Very lemony smelling. Straight from the grower, who happens to be Native American. Very very fluffy, but very nice. Check those hairs out!!!

Silver Pearl






Smell is nice, but very faint. Cannot place it. Taste is outta this world, very earthy and dank tasting. Starting to turn slightly darker/ purple with the cure. Very strong, this shit is DANK!!!

Nice buds there, its so hard to find good buds beside the ones you grow anymore (excluding all the people lucky enough to be in med state).

Really nice find, and great photography man.

Actually, I hate to say it but all of these were purchased except for that hairy ass Super Skunk, though I am close to that grower.

My current living situation does not permit me to grow, however finding it isn't really a problem what so ever. I can't wait for the day when I can grow again, or next spring

And yes, with Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, Detroit, Flint and Pontiac as well as all the growers, high quality bud is never to far outta reach.

I have friends in the glove, they say that the commercial market has fallen off hard to an almost full on drought. Due to the consistent demand for herb the chronic market has now been over saturated with your typical commercial purchasers looking to pay a little extra to still get smokes. So needless to say if you were picking up 10 lbs, there may only be 1lb this round. I had to send them some personals at one point because there was nothing for them for about a week.

No doubt. That area is saturated with herb. My friends were definitely surprised at the intensity and length of the drought. He said they just saw the return of the "Regs, Mids, and AAA's" yesterday.

Honestly, with my current living situation I am living part of the time near Michigan's capital and the other part down in the close suburbs. I've developed business relationships with several people in both areas and as a result haven't noticed the drought as bad.

Some of my buddies back in the 'burbs got hit pretty hard they've said, but I don't understand that because all of those strains pictured above have come from Detroit recently.

Nice looking buds, I've heard good things about dtown, its people, and its herb. Im in another d-town, where the hippies aren't far away!! I cant wait to come out east sometime though, see motor city again, since ive only seen it from the air, and the airport.

Luckygreen, I love Detroit, but there are many areas that are horrible. War zones almost. There are some good people that live here though, so don't let the reputation get you, even though it is probably mostly true. Ever seen DEA, the T.V show before?

Tweedle, it's very very Indica I would guess by the high, though it looks to have at least a little Sativa influence. I'd never heard of it either, but name name don't mean shit if it hasn't got a high to back it up. Speaking of which, it does. For sure.

Detroit is an amazing place. A huge melting pot of cultures. It has so much beauty yet as previously stated some portions look like Iraq or a war zone. I have a buddy who lives way down in the D. His house is the only house on the block still standing, and when we go to pay a visit, it's not uncommon to see automatic weapons and whatnot.

yeah the D, Flint and now Pontiac more recently aren't the safest places to be. But Detroit is my favorite city just stay around where your suppose to be, and don't get caught being a stranger in place you don't belong, and everything will be fine.
