I would think clipping all those yellow leaves would benefit the yield by airation and letting light enter the interior. Not too much work for what it would be worth. Just my 2 cents, but who am I to suggest , I am sure he has it dialed in already. Just seems to me that way, but I have been known to be wrong on occasion lol.

Benji Those are all Shit grows outdoor,, Nothing special mate sorry.. No offence to Tom Hill but I don't rate him.. or his stuff,, He is a nobody to me,, They are Nice big healthy plants but that is small scale set up.. REALLY.. I do like the way in wich these growers utilize a whole raised bed system to maximum effect and get massive bushes,,, I prefer BUTTE'S (SILVERBACK) style..
But this seems to pound it out..

I am not sure what the yield was from Bad Fish's medi grow,, Last time I looked he hadn't added flower pics to his thread,,

Shit grows outdoor and nothing special please don't make me laugh and as far as disrespecting Tom like you just did shows that you have no idea... No offence to you but Tom Hill unlike many breeders out there is honest and a true gentleman and has helped me numerous times cant say many other breeders would do that..

Your entitled to your opinion but im not sure what it is based upon as i have nothing but respect for Tom and his Work i suggest next time keep your comments to yourself...

Let us know when you get anywhere near the yields Tom Hill gets. Better yet, show us some of your pics.....

Chill out folks :canabis:

Let us know when you get anywhere near the yields Tom Hill gets. Better yet, show us some of your pics.....

To be fair,, those yields/plants are outdoor over a whole growing season and look leafy... whereas cannaboy's runs a fast flowering set up that produces seriously quality dope indoors using supper-cropping methods. So we are in chalk and cheese territory,, and each's opinion is their own. Besides,, some of the dank images in his gallery were taken by me,,lol Dam that Blues cut ,,it's too juicy! :D

Tom's a cool dude btw,, so peace love to those cats,, they're doing the do in their own way :canabis:

Suggesting others post negative karma is bad-karma in itself , let alone generating it  Likewise sending negative tic-for-tack messages out doesn't help at all. Please grow up,, in a positive way. Peace :D

What was the thread title again... ?

Yield to time ratio ,, then don't shout out too loud,, take a min.,, take a look,, and chill out..! Yield compromises quality,, that's the law of nature,, the sweetest fruits are the smallest!!!

Dub some,, Critical / Critical Mass, Heavy Duty Fruity, Jack Herer,, Haze x Skunk,, these all yield heavy in a nice time 10week flowering time frame... and retain some of what yo looking for...

.. otherwise the longer ya grow em on .. then the bigger they get before 12/12.. it's not rocket science that's not :canabis:

Hope this helps

Thanks for the neg rep Doc Leaf lmao, I went ahead & sent you some positive rep to make up for the bad karma you showed me for no reason. Way to lead by example dude! :)

Yield compromises quality? Are you kidding me man? Wow, well not for most people & not for me.
It does not have to be one or the other, you can have both with the right strains and conditions.
The whole concept that you get less quality because you have more yield is total BS! Quality is more based on genetics anyways. But you knew that I'm sure. ;)

At least your little buddy is happy you gave me some neg rep for him, good job! You need to grow up dude, in a good way. :joint:

Okay now back to strains. What do people think are the biggest yielding strain with great quality. I for one am interested in strains good for low plant numbers. I was hoping to see all the strains and systems people are using to get great yields! Preferable with strains I can purchase.

Peace

The biggest buds I have ever seen on a big plant were from a Sweet Tooth #3 and were almost the size of a 5 gallon jug this is not exageration either some of them grow some crazy big colas. I have to find that picture.

Im impressed with the high yield closet grows... id imagine the best way to get high yields out of a 4'x4' size space would be vertically via coliseum style!?

I'm telling you right now to go get a pack of boggelgum, this stuff yields through the roof and finished 10 plus days faster than anything else in your room. Ive been growing this strain for years and it is the king shit.
Damn ,got me a pack of BoggleGum mix from awhile back. Might have to get them OD real quicklike. Thanks for the tip...ndnguy

95 days,, all in ,,,grown from seed... 1/3 of a garden,,, GDS Bubble Dust

picture.php

Yield is always relative to the time and cost !!

For example,, Jack Herer produces a greater yield ,, but it takes 14days more to harvest,, and the idea of working the line from original seed stock,, would cost way too much (x20packs at 150.00 euros,, 3grand,, half a kg just to pay for the seeds!) ,, and the seed crop wouldn't be anywhere near as consistent or regular in patterns of growth!

If I n I growing like that,,, then we work off x500 seed packs ! The logistics of which MUST match the costs involved,,, otherwise we are diddling $$$ up the wall... sure glad we arent in that game no more :D

Hope this helps
