Man if you are vegging plants at 82-84 you're good to go,those temps are fine.Get a cool mist humidifier they are great when temps are a bit high.

I found that in my room that if i stirred up the air too much the thermals were not right.the cool air didn't come in around my ankles and the hot air wasn't at the top getting sucked out.try backing off on the fans circulating air and try them in diffrent locations till you get it right.i feel that the way your fans are they are just blowing that hot air you fell ALL around the room and not really exhausting it.good luck.
i grew this bud any many more like it in a room with 2 lights, both uncooled and only one 4" vortex exhaust. when i screwed with my airflow fans my temps were all messed up.i dialed it all in by using the advice above.cool air bottom ,hot air top.good luck!

aloha! and yeah my room is 2 foot wide x 7 feet long x 8 foot tall. i run an UNCOOLED 600w hps, a gavita bulb at that and a 400 mh UNCOOLED. i have one 4" vortex and 2 tower fans from wal mart. my temps stay at around78- 80 degrees 90 % of the time.62-65 at night.my humidity is fluctuating from 30 -60 percent.AND IT WORKS. ALL BECAUSE I DIALED IN MY AIRFLOW.GOOD LUCK
YOU CAN SEE SOME WIRES TO THE BALLASTS EVEN!! and the tower fan behind everything in the corner.i will say it again for those reading this closley i even have the 2 ballasts in the closet.next time i'm taking those out,but i did have them in there when these pics were taken.all because i focused on how the air moves.
