don't like how it lowers our export prices on mj. Kinda ruins it for the little grower.

buy us currency it's easier to get your money back than on land. ummm plus you can pick your investment amount. the canadian dollar will lose 20% in the next year if even for a day you'll be up 20%

The equal dollar is terrible for Canadian businesses but great for consumers (on the odd item).

I should save a few $100 on my new hobie kyak this year! and that Fender Telecaster I wanted. Woot!

the price in Canadian currency is not fair regarding the value of the Canadians $

when i use the American currency , the price are lower ...2 dollar + or - in most case . when you put the Canadian currency you got a price increase and its not fair . also our dollar worth more via the euro than the us dollar....so why if our money worth more than the us $ why do we pay more an example ;greenhouse cheese 33.48 us $ then in Canadian its 35.07 $ nirvana fem 5 pack 34.23 us $ and in Canadian with the currency converter on the boutique web site 35.85 $ in Canadian dollar...there no logical reason for that .

our dollar worth more than the us dollar today ...we are at 1.08 so we deserve a price adjustment at the boutique .

also ...when we use a credit card they bill 8.50 for shipping...its 5 $ so why charging 8.50 ...its an automatic system and when we send cash we send 5 $ so why billing us like that .

fix the money difference between the Canadian dollar and the us and i will bough more seeds !

I was on Seed Boutique looking for Bog seed They are $95.00 US and $99.51 Cdn$...somethin doesn,t sound right or am I too high...check it out.
anyone able to explain.I posted a thread at Bog forum but no reply as of yet

Not sure if I would be proud of any currency matching the usd. Just goes to show you how well our dollar has and WILL continue to tank.

Always sweet on the exchange rate for those it benefits though!

I can remember buying things in the US several yrs ago (b,cause it wasn,t available in Canada) and paying on average 15% extra on the exchange when our dollar was down compared to US...It hurt at the time.esp. when customs would add an extra 15%...I kinda like our dollar being par for the time being....even if the US dollar may be worth nothing.

I remember last time the dollar went to par, a lot of shops across the border were not recognizing the exchange rate.

Ebay always recognized the value of the Cdn dollar.when it was par or there abouts.
I always sell on Ebay when our dollar is low and buy when our dollar is high...it works in my favor.

I always wondered the same sorta thing too Snaggy how come a magazine is always like 25 percent higher cost in Cad. $ compared to the USD $ value, it's absurd and I don't think anyone could ever give any reasoning for these type of prices.
it's sad being controlled by our neighbouring country.
Get out of Canada DEA and let's stop buying all this over priced american crap!
I'm going Canadian, I bought my seed from Canadian companies this year, and only Candian.
