I would like to add that I am leaning on some selfing/herming on females, this is new water for me.

Well I dont know 100%. where that is a new realm for me, that or light tec.
I sure I'll find my way, especially here. Tons of knowledge and I am open to any ideas............. wish I could say yup no prob. but hey I'm still learning.

What do you all think, which ever way I do it, it has to be contained, I am limited in the area that I can do it in, easy everybody wants it easy lol. but if challenging thats aok too..

You could try stress induction. I might try that with my stable plants someday. I wouldn't do it to anything that nuts easily.

I Rodelize.
Or in plain English, let a plant that is known to herm slightly, and let it mature past ripeness.
I find one line that is a reliable source of nanners, and make all my fems from her.
My #1 go to line is my Original Goblin Girl.
Never self seeds, nanners never open, and easy to use.

Nanner pollen from closed nanners have moisture in the nanner.
This allows pollen from the nanner to drop straight down on your bud of choice.
The pollen doesn't drift like reg pollen flowers.

I have dozens of fem bred seeds that I grow occasionally.
They are a treasure trove of all female, unique future plants.
For those with small grows, this is a way of getting small seed batches without trashing your stash with unwanted seed.
No waste of growing and sorting males is a plus for the micro grower.

I would use CS if I were to mass produce seed, and if I were in the seed business.

Yes that is a great point. I tend to stray from those herming offenders lol but with that point I might seek them out.
I also been toying with the idea of CS and will have to get my hand on it, where I have seen so many use it with good results.
Another would be the stress tec. and is more easily obtained at the moment for me.

Now as for being strictly micro, well I am working on changing that lol
As soon as I have a group of ladies ready I will be enjoying a larger scale grow, but still using my cabs too, they have proven to be useful and worth the fuss
Khalisi will be the first among others to embark on this step up, who by the way sparked this interest in selfing/herming..... I think I have found some keepers (K1,2,3,6,) haha.
And I have this (maybe at times excessive need to back things up in seed form) and in these ladies cases I dont really want to change much about them.

I am also going though my new stock and finding some that I would like for breeding with others and/or maintaining the line and my stock, so with all that I'm already trying to chew on I take a bigger bit of flowering select males.

Again all this would not even be a possibility if not for the great resource of knowledge from this site and the growers that I have come to call friends.

Just FYI:
Nanners are quite natural, but there are many degrees of herming, and avoid most of them.
Mild to rampant exist and on a 1-10 scale, I avoid 3 to 10.
Keep to the extreme low end.
Nanners OK - full bell hanging flowers Bad.

I consider all tents and cab grows micro grows.
Great for clones and vegging, but serious watts and a whole room are more productive.
You'll get there

Find quality females, lots of them, after time keep the best after they've proven themselves.
Anyone can breed seed, let them sit in a drawer, never to show potential.
With good females and a relatively small seed stash, you can create anything you want when you have a sizable grow room.

Very glad I threw my hat in the ring for testing
Being able to make fems when possible would prove a great resource once space becomes less and less.
I thank you for your confidence, and I set out to prove that it is not miss placed lol
I thinking with the current set up I have that I can flower around 20+ large ladies and if need be I shall expand more....
My mrs's says it a hobby but I think of it as a passion.
The more I do, the more I love.

Thanks Wild, I'm intrigued as well about the tri leaf. I heard good and bad, good being something special and bad being a dud. either way I'll let her go and record what she or he dose.

oh shit sorry didnt answer your question, well I have 20 @ 23watts 1600 lumens, mixed 3500k- 2700k.
tried out the larger ones (42watts) but for the lumens and coverage the 23's do better for me
