hermie problem?

just a quickie, i have identified 3 out of 4 plants that are hermieing, the plants are 1 or 2 weeks from harvest. what should i do? start plucking the pollen sacks? or just leave?

I would just use tweezers and pluck off the nanners. Since it so close to harvest, I wouldn't be overly concerned, just pick em off.
