Hermaphrodite Seeds and Stray Pollen Seeds

I'm about to plant some seeds from past years outdoor grows. I do not have any of my seeds labeled so I don't know which ones came from what plants but I do know that I have been growing my previous plants void of males and I also know that my previous plants have thrown male flowers from time to time. So my questions are. A - can seeds produced from a hermied plant be any good? and B - can the female plant be pollinated from anything other then marijuana?

wow man that OGKB with the flower on the fan leaf is really impressive! I hope my bag seed thc bomb turns out good - just started blooming and already has a nice stink to it so looking good.

a side question semi related - can you tell if your seed came from a hermie or accidental pollination by any means?? I wish I knew what I have..
