"Help with a wide range of different health issues.
Digestive Aid

A problem that linden tea is known to help with is in clearing up any problems with the gallbladder or digestive system. If you have an upset stomach, drinking a cup of tea before bed will not only help to calm your nerves, but it will also help you digest your food more easily for a good night's rest. It may lessen the effects of excessive flatulence as well. The effects of the linden flower on the digestive system are well documented and this is why the tea has been recommended by so many different herbalists and experts in folk therapies over the years.
Calming Sleep Aid

One of the most common uses for linden tea today is to treat anxiety because the herb exerts a soothing effect on the body, helping to calm the nerves and treat sleep disorders as well. If you are suffering from anxiety or insomnia, a cup of this tea before bed can offer a soothing, gentle feeling of relaxation that can help you get a better night’s rest.
Eases Cold and Flu Symptoms

Another important use of linden tea is its ability to help those suffering common cold and flu sicknesses. The first prominent benefit this tea offers during this time is that it helps to boost the immune system due to its high amounts of vitamins and antioxidants. This can even help prevent and fight off sickness. Another great benefit is that it can soothe sore throats related to cough and cold since warm drinks can offer a relaxing effect for a sore or itchy throat. Furthermore, drinking this tea can help reduce fevers, which is also useful during times of sickness as well.

Preparation:

To prepare Linden tea steep one bag in a cup of hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. When you’re using this tea to treat illnesses like a cold or flu, it’s best to drink it at least three times a day. Otherwise, this tasteful tea can be enjoyed hot or cold at any time desired.

Whether you’re looking to ease yourself from some common every day ailments, or if you’re simply looking for a delicious new tea to taste, Linden tea may be perfect for you. Even if you aren’t experiencing any feelings of sickness, you can still take comfort knowing that even just by drinking this tea you’re still reaping many benefits for your body.

Grazie mille carissimo!
Maybe that´s what happening to me. I´m too focused on my own projects&timings and maybe not being fully aware of Pachamama´s cycles.
Right now i´m indulging on some home-made bubbler and i can only say...SPOT ON!
I´m already preparing my next bubble run and i´ll do it even better next time. I´m thinking 45microns Golden Tiger bubbler.
In the meanwhile i´m reducing my indoor op to the minimum in order to have renovation work on the house so ladies have been coming down on regular basis.

hi paulo,
how you do your hash?

Hi there ganzas.
I had to invest on the bags&machine because the trim bag was way over one pound and i´m tired of honey oil. So after some looking around i´ve managed to sort a nearly new machine&bags and now i just need a couple of bags to complete the full set. For this run i´ve used three bags, 220, 75 and 25microns. And i´ve done three washes at 4ºCelsius, first 3minutes, 2nd 12minutes and last 18minutes. After all this i made a final run to see if there was anything left on the trim and, yes it was. Next time i´ll push it much further.
From 500grs of good quality trim i´ve collected 23grs of excellent quality hash.

Yes i did buddy.
I´m useless when comes to tutorials and written explanations of my processes, sorry for that.
On this 1st attempt i´ve used the KISS method (keep it simple stupid) and it was all about good quality vegetable material, rested rain water, 6kgs of ice, one decent liquids thermometer, coffee filters,a new set of bags and one impeccable machine.
Being tidy&organized, not easy for me, helps out in all this process and always raises crop while decreasing mess and time consumption.
Of course that i´ve made my research beforehand and i already had a few ideas about what i wanted before i started.
I´ve shared a few samples with a couple of experienced smokers and all of them went emotional on me, promising me love&respect if only i could spare them a few g´s of it.
Sadly i´m not on the look for Love&Respect just Peace&Harmony ;)

Take it easy ganzas and if you need any help, my thread is your thread.
Keep it wise&kind if possible.

Happy Sunday to all!

i've done that some times , but i think i´m not doing efficient...
next time , i will do a little different:
what do you think about, pass the vegetable material several times with one kitchen sieve?
i think doing this because i think the trichomes don't fall to the network of the bags and get stuck in the middle of vegetable material...
so, i think in pre-filtering the leafs and then just pass that water with trichomes in the bags

Sorry i didn´t explained myself properly. I use a B-Quick, mini washing machine, where the vegetable material goes inside a heavy duty screen bag, then you add the ice&chilled water and wait until the water reaches 4Celsius, then i turn on the machine.
1st wash 3mins, then 12mins runs. The vegetable material never leaves the bag inside the machine. When the machine stops i drain the water from it to a 20lts tub where the bags where properly tied with big rubber bands. Then you leave it to rest for at least 20mins in order to help the trics laying on the mesh.
After that you gently drain the water from the bags and collect the goo from it. The goo goes to dry on the coffee filters and you add the water again to the machine. Add a little ice, check temps again and loop until there´s not anything else to extract.
I hope it helps.

Hi paulo a philosophical question,

I might go for the tie for starters but all depend on my mood on that day

This i won´t go into pointless generalizations, i´m sure there´s better hash in Morocco than the one i was shown to ;)
