Helping a good friend along the way

In fact, my best friend and best man. In 2023 he was hospitalised by a hit and run driver. He is now paraplegic with a spine full of steel. No court case till 2026 which means no insurance pay out either. bunch of Utter C#@*TS. I can not imagine how he is feeling.

To try and cheer him a little, I'm building him a small grow room in his flat so he can tend to his favourite plant and save himself some cash.

And @Tommy G I've got two Sweet Seeds Orange apricot Glue Autos already up and loving life ready for him when it's built in the next week or so

Morning all and thank you for your kind words I'm off to continue the build today. Plants looking ace. 10 days above ground now. Temps between 20 and 30 humidity low, but I am misting room and soil once or twice a day with a pump action bottle fed sprayer. Ppfd at 900 on a 24 hr light schedule. Too much light maybe? But they seem fine.

Went at it for 8 hours straight today. Made a plan and it worked

@aCBD The pot we will use for the first grow is 40cm high, so will sit just below the wooden cross bar. I think the space is only enough for one big plant personally, but a big one. I want my friend to start off slow and go for quality over quantity.

The criminal justice system is close to broken in the UK. They are releasing many 'less serious' criminals early to make space. Court cases are being scheduled for 2027 as the backlog is so great. And also sentencing is lighter to not overwhelm the prisons. Luckily my friends case remains in the crown court (second highest under High court, I believe) Crimes such as injury by dangerous driving and leaving the scene of a crime, that this person is charged with, will barely provide custodial sentence. (Prison)

For my friend this result will not satisfy his thirst for revenge, as he won't feel justice has been done. And trust me he is feeling murderous.
