Help with soil for DR

P

Pandor

I will be growing a number of Diesel Ryders outdoors and I do not have the ability/opportunity to carry much high quality earth to my spot so I thougth a good idea would be to dig narrow but deep holes and fill them with old cow manure to give the plants all the nutrients they need and make sure the taproot can go deep.

Can DR handle the very nutrient rich soil or should I go for something else? All help is appreciated :thank you:

Straight up cow manure would be way too hot as the only medium.
It's would give you severe N toxicity.

Just to clarify it's old "stable" cow menure and not new.
If I dig 30cm deep and fill the deepest 10-15cm with my cow manure will the roots burn when they reach it or is the plant big enough to handle it by then? Btw I will put the seeds directly in the ground with small plastic homemade greenhouses on top.

Hi man! Those roots grow very VERY fast - so i would
not count on it.
Mix up the cowshit with 50% earth AND lime (if it´s needed
in this soil...)

Good luck, DR is S T R O N G ! :dance013::dance013::dance013:
