HELP - Strange Brown Spots on top of younger leaves

Hi, Cheap plastics from china are made with solvents that are harmful to plants. there is a thread about this on the forum I posted a2 links where hoses used in DWC emit fumes and kill the plants slowly.
I bought a ez cloner 2010 and it was off gassing killing my clones, I had no clue until I read the thread

there are several grow tents doing the same thing also. Your plants have that same look like my clones had, things were going good, then that bright yellow on the edges of the leaves till the whole leaf turned yellow and there was no growth then death.
do a little research here on the mag, there are some answers here. search offgassing

Oh no......I feel for you man...so sorry this is happening.. I can't help but see you have them beside a frosted window.. Please tell me you have another light source for them too......hmmm...have to interject some humor here even though the situation isn't funny but is that the latest in shower stall growing techniques?? 
One of those images looks like the corner of a stand-up shower enclosure.
I just wish I knew what to tell you that would help in some way.. As you said, it really looks like too much water.
